Close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff member who met us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel gave free water, cookies, and coffee in the rooms. It’s right on the canal and a private water taxi can drop you off across from the hotel. You will need to cross a small bridge with your luggage. I would definitely stay here again.

A very beautiful, clean accommodation with lots of nice touches, well-preserved in an ancient style. All these details really help you experience life in Venice like a local. The staff were sincere and friendly, ready to help with everything and gave us a ton of recommendations, which were completely worth it. The mattress was comfortable, only the pillows weren't quite right, but there was plenty of choice, the room was quite spacious. Convenient location, good air conditioning, good internet speed. Definitely worth the money!! I would return to this hotel if I decide to visit the city again! Thanks Tiziano!

Very friendly and informative staff, great map of the city with excellent recommendations for local food and drinks, provided tips for travel and avoiding crowds, very clean room with great views, much quieter than expected, lots of small accommodations like slippers, Prosecco, coffee, bottled water, tea kettle. Easily accessible location from two vaporetto stops, close to airport taxi stop. Centrally located in the city.

Great location, stunning room decor, and exceptional staff. Luca was so kind and personable. Very accommodating when we asked for an early check-in. The room included cold water bottles, snacks, and a bottle of prosecco, with no additional charge! He gave meal recommendations that were affordable and delicious. Stunning view of the canal outside our window. Overall, an incredible experience. We stayed one night, but would definitely come back for another!

I loved the location. The room was beautiful and I enjoyed the view of the canal and the huge windows.

When we checked out our luggage was stored safely for us and we were able to use the bathroom to freshen up before our flight.

La ubicación era excelente, las instalaciones tal cual las fotos. Nos pusieron muchos snacks de bienvenida de manera gratuita. Cerca de plazas y restaurantes. Todo tipo de comercios. El chico de recepción fue lo mejor. Nos atendió estupendamente y nos ayudó a conocer Venecia a la perfección gracias a sus recomendaciones. También nos recomendó varias exposiciones de arte, las visitamos todas y nos encantaron. Un trato increíble.
