It was just okay.
Pros:

The restaurant has a great view of the ocean, it was nice to have breakfast and evening drinks. While you can’t swim there, some turtles do come up and you can watch them swim around. Location is convenient if you’re going whale watching, it’s close to the harbour so no long road travels in the early morning.

Cons:

I was stuck in the elevator on the G floor, pressed the alarm button, and the doors finally opened after 1-3 minutes. When we came out, there were 4 staff standing next to the lift on their phones. I told them we were stuck and they just said, “oh”. I Informed the ladies at the reception and they just shrugged and said “no electricity”. Didn’t feel very hospitable. Additionally, we did not get our rooms cleaned. Apparently it’s because we changed the password to the room (smart locks with standard password of 12345). But I was in the room from 12pm to 7pm, and even called for cleaning but they just didn’t come. When I asked again at night, they said ok and didn’t show up.

Okay stay
Pros:

The staff were brilliant, good sense of humours and friendly at all times.
The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Our room was only cleaned once during our 5 night stay and that was only because I had to request it.
Our room looked out to the pool, other guests ended up using our balcony with their towels, phones etc which was annoying.
During our stay they ran out of coffee and rum?
Food took a long while to come out, at least 45 minutes for a meal.

We had a great time!
Pros:

Good value for money. Restaurants, swimming beach, surfing, whale watching, turtle hatchery all very closeby. All necessary facilities were present. Staff was very helpful and respectful as well. The breakfast spread was great as well.

Cons:

The bathroom size was a bit small and felt a bit cramped taking a shower.

Remarkable one. Staff Shiromi and kudos tothe staff who video us for the surprised greeting
Pros:

First of all, staff were all friendly and accommodating. They surprised us with an advance birthday cake and greetings!

Cons:

Hygiene should be taken care of mostly food. Flies are coming in the food.

Pros:

The pool area and restaurant had a lovely outlook over the ocean

Cons:

The hotel felt grotty and dated. The staff did not appear to have any hospitality training.

We could also hear the room next door very clearly through the bathroom.

The hotel is a short tuk tuk from the main beach area, however, there is absolutely no facilities within the immediate walking area. I was expecting a lot more for the price
