Pros:

Location, nearby services like general store restaurant and i asked for a big size cup of tea and they served me that because in kolkata they have very small cups for tea but the service of the tea was excellent

Cons:

What i didnt like was the matress quality. It was good but can be upgraded to a better once

Great location, with the lakes and cafes around. Smallish but comfortable room and adequate storage

Great location
Clean rooms but no electric kettle.
Staff needs to be pushed to get anything done.
No doorbell. So if you arrive at night and the staff is sleeping, then you've had it. Though they have a phone and sleep at reception, which is weird.

Cons:

No early check-in was possible.
Cleaning was okay
Staff is polite but not proactive.

Disappointed. Booked & paid fir 4 nights but vacated after 1st day itself.
Pros:

Courteous, friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Published as 3 star hotel. Facilities do not merit even an ordinary hotel without a single star.Rooms are too small. No running hot water in bathroom.

It needs to be clear they don't take foreigners
Cons:

The Itsy doesn't take foreigners, but that wasn't clear at all on Booking.com, and I was still able to make the booking despite clearly putting in a US address. So I didn't find out until I showed up with my American family and all their luggage that they couldn't actually stay there. Also the guys at the front desk are absolutely hopeless at navigating difficulty, they kept telling me "we just need to confirm the booking" and meanwhile they were making calls trying to transfer my family to a different hotel. They didn't explain anything. Absolutely nuts.

They cancel the booking with out my consent and it cause so many difficulties. when we contacted, they offer .me to provide rooms directly at lower rate and we didn't choose property due to their reliability in question
