Pros:

Lovely rooms clean, modern and very comfortable, had a meal there very delicious, from check in to their bar and food service you could not complain, we loved our stay.

Cons:

Parking a bit of an issue if you arrive by car but rail right at your door.

Great location but loud and cigarette smoke from drunk people outside.
Pros:

Excellent location right at the train, overall nice renos. Ample towels and decent bathroom products.

Cons:

Cigarette smokers outside meant couldn't use balcony
Drunk people around when entering/exiting - slightly unsafe and super loud, could hear music until after midnight
Bedside lights have to be turned off at wall b/c wall light on same circuit
Weird check in at bar, unclear signage
Room wasn't serviced and only very limited TP provided
Shower setup awkward with door, and cage instead of shelf
Rubbish bins weirdly large
