Pros:

The dining menu was varied and interesting. It definitely was not the standard chicken parmi etc. I particularly liked the roasted beetroots stuffed with couscous, mozzarella, pine nuts and herbs.

Cons:

There was no plug for the en suite sink. Management response was that is by design. As there was no built-in overflow in the sink, The sink was designed to have a pop-up plug but management removed it. I felt that they didn't trust me not to flood the bathroom, even though there were soakaways for floor water. I explained that when wet shaving I need to rinse the razor frequently and vigorously and running it under the tap dies not work as well.
I will take my own plug next time {and there will be a next time, just not at the weekend when the accommodation prices skyrocket).

great location, really quiet rooms, super comfy

Cons:

shower head is only the one up on the ceiling so you can't have a shower without getting your hair wet, it needs the one on a hose.

Perfect hotel for a busy couple on the go!
Pros:

The location to public transport was excellent!! The staff were super helpful and kindly offered room upgrade free of charge. Food was amazing too!

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff.
Clean, spacious room with super comfy bed.
Decent ensuite with good shower pressure.
Lovely pub downstairs with decent food and good range of beer and wine.
Tranny trivia in the pub (Tuesday nights) was a hoot and well worth joining.
Great location near the train station with a 6 minute metro ride to Central.
The best sound proofing I think we’ve experienced - could hardly hear the traffic.

Cons:

Would have scored it 10/10 if it was a smidge cheaper but otherwise can’t fault it!

Have stayed here a number of times and find location convenient for my needs.

Cons:

Given location the option of a light breakfast would be good as there were no cafes close open due to xmas
