Pros:

Hôtel avec de belles prestations et une chambre spacieuse très propre, et surtout une belle et grande salle de bain !
Le personnel est très compétent et gentil.
Accessible à pieds depuis la gare, les zones d’intérêts de Kobe sont facilement accessible à pieds ou en métro.
Nous avons passé 2 nuits et tout s’est très bien passé.

Truly amazing staff went out of their way to look for my shirt but did find my shorts that I had no idea where I left!

ダイワロイネット系列全体の問題なのでしょうがないですが、自動チェックインの機械が混むのが、嫌ですね。

ここの神戸のホテル自体はプレミアムだけあって快適でした。また２日後にも戻ってきて４日泊まります。神戸の定宿になるかもですね。三ノ宮駅に近いのもとても便利です。風呂トイレがセパレートなのもとってもいいです。

エグゼクティブスイートに宿泊しました。
全てにおいて快適な滞在となりました。
唯一と言えば、部屋にランドリーバッグがなかった事です。このレベルのホテルで無いのは少し驚きでした。

Pros:

This hotel was super clean. It is in a good location, walking distance from stations and bunch of restaurants and shopping area. There is a City loop bus stop near by and it was very convenient for sightseeing. I also loved their separate bathtub/shower room. They even had epsom salt at amenity corner.(good amenity bar at the lobby)
