Nice quiet oasis with great host.
Pros:

The host was fantastic. So kind and helpful. We actually showed up in the morning, hours before check in just to see if they would let us drop our luggage off, and we were welcomed with open arms and let us in our room.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at El Nido. The hotel is so stylish, relaxed, peaceful, with a lovely atmosphere. Comfy beds, as were the loungers by the pool, and a great room. Only a few mins walk from the beach. Alberto and Daniele were delightful, welcoming and so helpful in organising anything for us. We would thoroughly recommend it. It's not in the middle of the town, much quieter which we preferred, but it's only a short taxi ride away.

Cons:

Can't think of anything. It was a bit of a surprise that we couldn't pay by card. Although we already knew many places only took cash in Holbox, we thought, as a hotel, it would.

A surprising little sanctuary
Pros:

Very tranquil environment, with great facilities and well looked after. I loved the location as it’s on the more serene side of the island - close to the best sunsets and great beaches.

The staff are great hosts.

Restaurants and bars with in 5-30 min walks away or a short taxi ride.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is stylishly decorated. We felt very comfortable and would absolutely recommend the hotel - especially for a relaxing stay away from the busy streets of Holbox, close to the beach.

A stunning, peaceful hotel with beautiful pool and common areas, great service, easy beach access, and a relaxed atmosph
Pros:

This hotel was truly amazing and one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. It’s hard to describe just how stunning it is. The pool area and common hangout spaces are especially lovely, and everything feels thoughtfully designed and well maintained. It’s easily one of the most scenic hotels I’ve experienced.

The beach is only a few minutes away, and there are several food options and small kiosks nearby, so you’re never far from something to eat or drink.

The service was excellent. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and thoughtful, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Truly top-notch hospitality.

I would 1000% stay here again if I visit Holbox in the future. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit outside the main town (about a 20-minute walk), but that actually makes it very calm and peaceful. Taxis are easy to get if you don’t feel like walking. The atmosphere is relaxed rather than busy or crowded, which made it really enjoyable.

Pros:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden!
Die Unterkunft war total geschmackvoll eingerichtet , jedoch ziemlich abseits vom Geschehen, was einerseits eine Ruhe mit sich brachte, andererseits aber auch einen weiteren Weg in Richtung Zentrum.
Uns hat der Strand in der Nähe des Hotels (vielleicht 200 Meter Entfernung) am besten auf der Insel gefallen. Ruhig, leer und nicht mit zahlreichen Sonnenliegen besetzt. Außerdem war das gesamte Personal total nett und hat uns einige Tipps gegeben!

Wir können das El Nido wärmstens empfehlen!

Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful with a lovely breakfast and clean cool with hammocks. The location of the hotel however it is in the jungle area so walking distance to the centre of town can be tricky. Also, they didn’t have the bicycles on hand so we had to take taxis. However, if you were looking for solitude, it is very close to an amazing beach that doesn’t have lots of people which can be worth it. Sadly, we went during mosquito season so you have to be in your hotel by 7 PM. Otherwise you will be eaten alive.

Beautiful, peaceful oasis
Pros:

Absolute gem, hands down favourite place we stayed at while in Mexico. The location is amazing, next to a stunning, peaceful beach, the room was very modern and beautiful, the breakfast was good and the staff were very welcoming. It's a bit away from the centre of the town (which you can easily reach by foot or taxi), but that was exactly what we liked about it.

Es ideal para estar aislados y disfrutar del silencio, proporcionan un buen servicio, son muy amables y se siente la calidez por parte del equipo.
Las instalaciones están muy bonitas, desde la decoración de la recepción, hasta la habitación, sin mencionar la piscina.
Vale la pena quedarse más de una noche para disfrutar de la zona y descansar
