Peaceful and tranquil. Alberto was extremely friendly and helpful
I had some issues with payment for the hotel, and ended up being double charged for my stay. The administrative staff were not helpful and to date I have still paid double, sadly they are ignoring my emails and don’t seemed bothered to help me.
We had the most relaxing stay, the beds were so comfortable! The staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved the breakfast every morning.
Väldigt fint och lugnt hotell nära till ständer där man får nästan hela stranden för sig själv. Rena rum och fint poolområde.
Det finns ett gäng restauranger och nån butik en promenad bort. Annars är det väldigt trevligt och enkelt att låna en cykel och cykla in till byn.
Väldigt serviceinriktad italiensk ägare/manager som gör goda cappuccinos :)
Frukosten som ingår är tillräcklig och god, men allt är sött och ägg mm får man köpa till. Hade varit bättre om det ingick.

Podria tener mas opciones de comida, pero se resuelve yendo a los restaurantes del centro. Sin embargo, si no quieres salir, no hay muchas opciones.

L’hôtel EL NIDO est un vrai havre de paix, magnifiquement décoré et très confortable. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié le confort et la configuration de notre chambre avec sa grande terrasse. Le personnel, et particulièrement le manager Alberto, est très avenant.
L'établissement est un peu excentré par rapport aux commerces et aux restaurants. Nous conseillons de prendre un taxi pour revenir à l’hôtel la nuit car le chemin est mal éclairé.

The host was fantastic. So kind and helpful. We actually showed up in the morning, hours before check in just to see if they would let us drop our luggage off, and we were welcomed with open arms and let us in our room.
We absolutely loved our stay at El Nido. The hotel is so stylish, relaxed, peaceful, with a lovely atmosphere. Comfy beds, as were the loungers by the pool, and a great room. Only a few mins walk from the beach. Alberto and Daniele were delightful, welcoming and so helpful in organising anything for us. We would thoroughly recommend it. It's not in the middle of the town, much quieter which we preferred, but it's only a short taxi ride away.
Can't think of anything. It was a bit of a surprise that we couldn't pay by card. Although we already knew many places only took cash in Holbox, we thought, as a hotel, it would.
Very tranquil environment, with great facilities and well looked after. I loved the location as it’s on the more serene side of the island - close to the best sunsets and great beaches.

Beautiful hotel with a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is stylishly decorated. We felt very comfortable and would absolutely recommend the hotel - especially for a relaxing stay away from the busy streets of Holbox, close to the beach.
This hotel was truly amazing and one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. It’s hard to describe just how stunning it is. The pool area and common hangout spaces are especially lovely, and everything feels thoughtfully designed and well maintained. It’s easily one of the most scenic hotels I’ve experienced.
The beach is only a few minutes away, and there are several food options and small kiosks nearby, so you’re never far from something to eat or drink.
The service was excellent. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and thoughtful, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Truly top-notch hospitality.
I would 1000% stay here again if I visit Holbox in the future. Highly recommended.
The hotel is a bit outside the main town (about a 20-minute walk), but that actually makes it very calm and peaceful. Taxis are easy to get if you don’t feel like walking. The atmosphere is relaxed rather than busy or crowded, which made it really enjoyable.
