Hat uns gut gefallen. Haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Wirklich freundliches Personal, tolle Lage

Cons:

Frühstück hätte hochwertiger sein können. Verschiedene Sorten Käse oder besserer Waffelteig wären toll. Echtes Rührei oder echte Hashbrowns wären toll gewesen.

Very clean, lovely room, perfect location, friendly staff

Cons:

Breakfast was busy. Plenty of tables free but the cards on them stating if they were available or occupied were not being turned over once people had finished. This led to people being unsure if they could sit or not

Cons:

Ich reise seit über 35 Jahren beruflich sehr oft in die ganze Welt. So eine arrogante und unfähige Rezeption habe ich dabei äußerst (!) selten erlebt. Die Krönung war, dass auf dem Reception-Desk ein großer Aufkleber war mit der Aufforderung, sich bei jeglichen Problemen an die Reception zu wenden, da würde einem in jedem Fall weitergeholfen - Zitat “Garantiert“.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer für körperlich behinderte Personen erhalten mit der Begründung, dass das so im Computer steht und deshalb gibt es kein anderes Zimmer - Punkt. Wir hätten aus verschiedenen Gründen gerne ein alternatives Zimmer gehabt. Die Rezeptionistin Lucy hat mich bei Ihrer lapidaren Ablehnung dabei nicht einmal angesehen sondern auf ihrem Computer herumgetippt und sich jemand anderen zugewandt.

Great location.
Pros:

Room was fine apart from the fact that being an 'upper ground floor' room the window did not open and had obscure glass so you could not tell if it was a real window or just an illuminated panel of glass. However the room was very quiet with no noise at all despite the hotel being busy. The bed was only 5 ft double. It was reasonably comfortable but not as big or as comfortable as you get at a Premier Inn or at the nearby Holiday Inn Express. Excellent location just a 10 minute stroll to the center of town. Very good breakfast selection.

Lack of a real window.

A fresh hotel at a reasonable price with an excellent location.
Pros:

A modern, newly built hotel in an excellent location, with great breakfasts, spotless rooms, and friendly, welcoming staff.

Cons:

I only found out at reception that it wasn’t possible to pay in cash. That was a little disappointing, as if I’d known in advance, I would have chosen to pay a smaller amount by card from the outset.
