Lovely, comfortable room. Excellent location in central Bath, 5 minutes from the spa and a 10 minute walk to the train station.
Breakfast was very nice. Slightly chaotic on a Sunday morning but we didn’t need to queue for a table and lots of choice.
The staff kindly left a card and cupcake in the room as the trip was for a birthday celebration. Much appreciated!

Overall I liked everything. The breakfast the room and location was excellent. I was impressed how safe the hotel was too.
A lovely, beautiful hotel with very friendly and attentive staff who truly go the extra mile to make every guest feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay.
Our score was slightly reduced due to an issue in the public bathroom, which was promptly resolved as soon as it was brought to attention, and because the mattresses were not quite as soft and comfortable as the ones other hotels are using.

The location is excellent we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel was very clean, rooms had everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and always fresh and piping hot
There wasn't anything to dislike
Location was very good, and the room and hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent.
The breakfast was disappointing - too much processed food, no muesli, no fresh oranges, processed bread. The plug in the sink in our room was broken.
The breakfast, which was included, was outstanding! Truly the best! The hotel was perfectly located allowing for easy visits of the downtown and restaurants or great hikes in the countryside.
Parking is expensive in the area .
Room size, breakfast was largely good.
Bed was hard so didn’t sleep at all well. Bedroom was an accessibility designed room (it was a choice when booking, which we didn’t choose) the bathroom wasn’t what we had booked, my feet couldn’t reach the floor when sitting on the toilet and it felt more like a public changing rooms. More fruit variety at breakfast would have been nice.
