fantastic place to stay for sight seeing in Bath.
Pros:

Good choices. Dealt well with a gluten-free diet. Best bathroom of any city hotel we've been in. Mirror didn'tsteam up!

Cons:

Carpets in corridors a bit past it.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable, bed lovely, bathroom was good, lovely shower.

Cons:

Breakfast was bit basic, no Tomatoes which was disappointing, and no fried eggs, only scrambled, otherwise good.

Really enjoyable, professional staff, good value for money, excellent location and very clean.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. I liked the professional yet casual feel of the foyer/breakfast room.

Cons:

I would have preferred more selection of fruit but this is all I can think of that could be improved!

A comfortable stay in a good location to explore Bath on foot.
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate to set one up for the day. Very busy area during our stay.

Staff gave us a change of room after we requested it. It was done quickly and without fuss. Impressed us . Very comfortable room and good location.

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

Great location, good breakfast, quiet room, as requested, highly recommend.

Cons:

The bright lighting in the bar area, in the evening not vfery relaxing /inviting. The local car park recommended..... Was very expensive, there was supposed to be a discount, £32 for 23 hours..... Scandalous..... Would not use that car park again.!!

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Check in was easy & we were able to have our room earlier than the stated 4pm which was great.
There is a lovely corner seating area with table in the room which was brilliant. It was so nice to have somewhere the two of us could sit & have a drink rather than one in a chair & one on the bed.

Cons:

There were no biscuits with the tea/coffee making facilities.
