Purtroppo la finestra non era apribile nemmeno parzialmente ed era necessaria sempre l'aria condizionata.

Nice location with good-sized queen rooms. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning in the rooms was not working at night, which made them quite warm and uncomfortable to sleep in.

Breakfast set up - felt like a fast food restaurant somewhat disappointing
Conveniently situated in Bath, close to train and bus stations. It was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was included which is nice
The only gripe I have about the property is not having someone to greet you at breakfast to explain how the system works especially when it was busy. The little cards on the table with green on one side to state the table is free and red on the other to say is occupied is not good enough because we found a nice empty table to sit at for breakfast, turned the card over to tell people it was occupied, went to get our breakfast only to find someone else had claimed it. It seems the only way people would understand that a table is occupied is if you left something on it or actually sat there yourself. Can’t believe people who stay at such establishments are incapable of understanding a simple message such as a table is occupied even though it is empty!
