I certainly would stay here again. We felt it was an excellent choice.
Pros:

Location was excellent. The staff were really warm and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance to the station and also the designated pick up for our Cotswolds tour. Breakfast was great too.

Does what a corporate chain should—clean, efficient and consistent. Great location. Nice enough prepared breakfast before you head out into town. Friendly staff. Appreciated tea kettle and mini fridge.

Cons:

King size bed in a small room was a bit cramped for two over three days.

Pros:

The room we had was very spacious and clean and the huge windows gave us plenty of light.... we were on the corner of the hotel and the light was really good. the staff were very helpful . breakfast was lovely but could have been a bit hotter

Cons:

A hotel car park would have been a huge advantage
The pay n display was quite near but my friend has arthritis in her knees so it was a walk she found difficult

Tolles Hotel in optimaler Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, alles zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Betten sehr bequem, Zimmer sauber, Fitnessraum optimal, Frühstück war sehr gut, frisches Obst statt aus der Dose, das war sehr gut. Eventuell eine Brotalternative außer Toast wäre noch gut. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés um die Ecke.

Top hotel op een top locatie.
Pros:

De locatie ten opzichte van Bath Spa Station (zo'n 10 minuutjes lopen) en het centrum (om de hoek) is echt top. De keuze bij het ontbijt was reuze, de bedden lagen goed, de douche was schoon en ruim en het hotel was stil. Mocht ik weer eens in Bath zijn, dan boek ik weer dit hotel.

Great stay!
Pros:

The location was perfect. The staff were exceptional - all of them, from the chambermaids to front of house to the bar staff. The room was great. Breakfast was good and plentiful and even though it was busy, supplies were regularly restocked so there was never a shortage of any of the food. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There could have been more hangers and heated towel rails in the bathroom. A magnifying mirror in the bathroom would have been helpful.
