The location is super cool and its beauty is mesmerizing....resort view is best for photography and to rest on. The natural beauty of the water canal just beside it is enhancing the whole scene.
It's perfect for 2-3 day trip at least...
The pool is very cool. The dining area is very beautiful. Staff are not prompt, food quality and taste is very good but poor service.
I can add overall it is a must visit resort ....
Poor service, lazy staff,.
Chai v 1 ghante baad milta tha after order.
The food is very expensive, and the rooms are very dirty, the bathrooms are dirty. You can't sleep at night because the room is full of insects,
Room very very very dirty,ac Doe's not work
Food was good and the Resort was photogenic and the location though was good even though the 300metres of entrance was too muddy and was barely enough for a big car to just pass through.
The Bed was like hard rock. Room size was also quite small when compared to same price range of similar hotels deluxe room. Would sound funny but the curtains were too thin to let all light enter the room, right from sunrise
Shower not working properly. Card machine not working.
No mirror in room. No basic toiletries provided except for a small margo soap.
With a price of around 2700 room rate one would expect some decent facilities.
Breakfast was average taste , same for lunch the fish was overcooked and mutton was undercooked. However the snacks were good and location was just awesome.
Rooms were really disappointing with urine odour all over , filled with mosquitos and uncleaned bed sheets and towels.
Natural beauty and ambience
Might be a bit closure to main road
They didn't provide an extra soap worth 5 to 10 Rs for a couple room. Only one towel was provided.
Nothing
The location is at the last part of taltore. ' Nirjan' name is actually going for this resort because in 5 kms you will not get any toto, ATM or any other amenities. Even the worst part is the hotel manager does not helping you with any of your necessities, in every necessary situation he only says 'No' , 'NOT POSSIBLE' . And please be alert because they are showing their best room in booking.com but when you will check in they will provide you very small room ( FRAUD) then if u complain they will suggest you to take that bigger room with higher price which you've seen at the time of booking.
The swimming pool is good.
NEEL NIRJAN hotel is located at a remote place far away from town and getting a transport for commuting is very difficult and expensive. The approach road leading to the hotel is almost non existant for a few kilometres. Whatever is there in the name of a road is suitable only for cattles. The hotel is surrounded by paddy fields, barren land and jungle from every side which extends mile after mile. In the night you can't venture out as there is no electricity around the hotel and it is pitch dark for miles together at every direction.
The hotel doesn't provide much assistance other than providing a mobile no. of a toto driver.
Load shedding is a routine phenomenon & one has to repeatedly remind them to switch on generators.
The room size is too small & very poorly ventilated & mosquito infested as there is a dirty water body behind the hotel. You feel that you are in a jail.
Variety of food is limited. You have to place your order for dinner by 7 PM and this is final. Nothing extra, even chapati, can be served when you are actually having dinner. Because the cook has packed up for the day. The wash basin at the dining hall did not have water & was made operational after we requested. The AC in the dinning room is kept off always and will be switched on in case you request them. The lights around swimming pool was not switched on when we sat there for the entire evening. Even the POS machine was not working!!!
There is no one to serve bed tea as the cook comes after 7.30 AM.
The general behaviour of hotel staff is non cooperative and rude. They are not exposed in dealing with decent people.
When we brought these to the notice of the owner, he responded in a similar manner.
During our stay, there was no other occupant in the hotel and it shows the popularity of the place.
Had a very poor experience and would never recommend any one to visit.Very small calustrophobic rooms.
No provision for filtered or R.O water.
