As a budget hotel it meets expectations, in terms of location and secure parking.
Pros:

It is a budget hotel close to the motorway: convenient for a stopover

Cons:

A foul and unpleasant smell in the bathroom, caused by sewage vapours coming up through the floor drain and sink drain. The person on the desk seemed unmoved by my complaint and seemed to think it was 'normal'.

For us it was a one night stop while on a longer trip and the hotel served its purpose very well.
Pros:

In our case it was imperative the location is near the highway and that was a good plus. Also we liked that it's pretty quiet and green for a hotel so close to high traffic highways. Would like to mention that the breakfast food was pretty good. Rooms were clean and very importantly the window had a mosquito net.

Cons:

Overall the breakfast was good but the coffee provided was atrocious, we had to buy coffee from the bar because of how ghastly the one in the dining room was.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor and it did not seem fresh.
The room was not cleaned properly. Also the room smelled weird. The pillowcases also smelled like they weren't cleaned.
When we came 2 years ago here everything was really good. This year unfortunately things weren't as good.
