Pros:

The elevators are miserable and ridiculously hot with no AC. Super common in most of the hotels in Puerto Penasco. The property itself is adorable and has a wonderful restaurant attached to it with excellent service. The rooms are amazing and amenities are plentiful. The only complaint I have is that it is very hard to get to your room and they don’t assist with checkout so you have to go hunt someone down to help you. Everything else was excellent

It was a good time. Nice property. Really terrible elevators. Not much staff to help you with bags. The pros are that it is beautiful and there is a bar attached to the hotel area. That is pretty great.

The condominium was great very welcoming. However Diego's Tiki bar you must be in a certain ethnicity to be serve and not ignore unless the bar was empty then they didn't have an option to serve you. I believe they should offer more food options. The pool bar very nice bartenders Santa, Nene and Javier server very polite, professionals, caring and kind. Honestly I wouldn't come back even is a nice property. My money also have a value.

We loved our stay, very spacious and clean
Definitely will be coming back again. Also Diego Tiki Bar was very entertaining liked the drinks and the food.

Pros:

The rooms were exceptional, far beyond expectations. Everything else was a great disappointment. One crappy restaurant, and half of the hotel was still under construction. The property is not within walking distance of anything. The staff was two people only for the entire property.
