Todo fue perfecto, sobre todo la atencion en recepcion de Jesús

The hotel was accommodating of our needs. Jesus and the rest of the team were wonderful deliverers of prompt and courteous service. The courtyard was breathtaking and would love to come back again.

Nos fue muy bien. Pero no tienen la privacidad de la información de los huéspedes que se hospedan ya que cualquier persona se puede hacer pasar por algún familiar y preguntar detalles de alguna reserva o alguien y les dan toda la información que les piden, es por ello que te meten en grandes problemas como me pasó hoy. Por brindar información personal de mi reserva a otra persona que ni conozco. Cuidado con este tipo de personas. No recomiendo quedarse ya aunque el lugar es bonito y acogedor para pasarla en amigos.

We enjoyed this place very much!

Very friendly staff who gave us a lot of good recommendations on restaurants and things to do around the area. Also dealt with issues promptly. Feels very safe to walk around. There are chickens that make noise during the day or night but once you get used to it it's not that bad.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est correct car le centre nest pas tres loin. L'accueil et le service sont excellent, merci Jesus. Le petit dejeuner est tres agréable.
Nous avons été déçu par la chambre tres petite et sombre

Schönes, ruhiges Hotel und schön angelegt. Frühstück war auch gut und die Infos von der Rezeption waren auch super. Kein TV im Zimmer und leider hatten wir auch nur mäßig warmes Wasser. Der Weg ins Zentrum ist etwas weiter aber zur Lichtshow am Kloster war es nicht weit.

The hotel and it's surroundings are very pretty. The room was nicely decorated and included everything we needed.
When we arrived we were immediately welcomed and got an introduction to the city and what you can do there.
The two big downsides however from my perspective are:
- Location: the hotel is outside of the center, means you have to walk about 10' to get there. This is fine during daylight but rather uncomfortable when it's dark as the walkways are small and there's not that much light.
- Noise: you can literally hear everything that is happening outside. I'm writing this review at 5am because I'm awake since 4am thanks to the roosters next door that are constantly screaming.
If you want to get some sleep during your holiday better book a room at a different hotel.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Refugio 41. Das Zimmer war sauber, schön und praktisch eingerichtet und die Anlage war klein und schnuckelig. Durch die Hotelgröße hat sich alles sehr persönlich und liebevoll angefühlt: von dem frisch zubereiteten Frühstück bis zu den kleinen Unterhaltungen und Tipps vom Host. Das Hotel passt auch wunderbar zu Valladolids Vibe!

Es un lugar muy hermoso y acogedor, lleno de naturaleza. La gente es muy agradable y atenta. El lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones de ensueño.

La habitación le falta mantenimiento, le entra la luz del faro de afuera al final apagan el faro en las noches pero se ve que es un hueco grande. Detalles de mantenimiento nada mas

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of the town centre, excellent and helpful staff, lovely pool and good breakfast.

Only downside is that there were many gaps between the windows and door fittings meaning that mosquitos were able to get in at night.

The street is busy, noisy and messy but step inside and the house is old and dignified. Our welcome was warm and relaxed. The rooms are in a few outbuildings surrounding a small refreshing pool and landscaped patio. It is so peaceful! Breakfast, served outside, was simple and delicious, tho coffee was weak. The place would have been perfect but for the neighborhood and no comfortable chairs for sitting outside to enjoy the setting.

Bit hard to find since hotel sign is not very prominent. Jesus was very friendly and helpful and breakfasts were well done. Accommodations were rather quirky but nice.
