Basic stay but met needs for one night.
Pros:

Good location. Easy to access other areas.

Cons:

Quite a basic stay with basic facilities. Had some issues getting into one of the three studios that we booked which caused some delays checking in. Property is fine for a one night stay.

Won't be going back
Pros:

The location

Cons:

I stayed at the property and throughout stay there were rats or possum in wall. I was awake all night. I attempted to get onto property for 48 hours with no reply. Absolutely disgraceful and won't be going back. Also room was dirty cobwebs everywhere and rusty bin and rusty toilet brush. Needs some new furnishings.

Served its purpose as I was in hospital and my wife could stay close by.

Not sure if I would stay again. A little expensive for what it is.

Access to Clovelly and surrounding area

Cons:

Dirty and calcified stair wells. Poorly located switching for car park gate.
No lighting on level 3 corridor. Crappy ironing board. No lift.

Not worth the price

Good location close to the beach, food shops and bus stop

Good location if you don’t mind the cons
Pros:

Great location, bus stops outside and the beach is a short walk.

Cons:

The aircon began dripping halfway through our stay. The balcony was tiny compared to the photos online. Although the room had been cleaned, there was still hair and a pair of eyelashes left in the shower. The room also had a slight damp smell which was unpleasant.
