Good location if you don’t mind the cons
Pros:

Great location, bus stops outside and the beach is a short walk.

Cons:

The aircon began dripping halfway through our stay. The balcony was tiny compared to the photos online. Although the room had been cleaned, there was still hair and a pair of eyelashes left in the shower. The room also had a slight damp smell which was unpleasant.

Cons:

When we arrived the floor was filthy, it had not been cleaned and there were pans in the cupboard with food on them. We did report it and it was all rectified but don’t expect a floor to be so dirty on arrival.

Pros:

Comfortable bed. Nice big TV if you're into that sort of thing. Good sized space for one person. Lots of cupboard space (I'm mentioning that here as a positive although I found it puzzling as to why so much). Plenty of plates, cutlery etc for one person. My unit was a single/single bed.

Cons:

I booked and paid for an early check in. I had to ring to get the door code which was supposed to be sent prior. I booked and paid for a late check out. The cleaners knocked on my door before my time was up. No towel rail, hooks or bench in the bathroom. No shower screen, so the whole floor got wet. Rusted garbage bins. Writing on the microwave was worn off so I had to guess which buttons to press. Air conditioning unit inside and out needed a jolly good clean, as did the exhaust extraction vent over the hot plates. I didn't need the washing machines however if I had, the 2 dryers were out of action so there was no way to dry ones wet washing.

Pros:

Good location nice apartment

Cons:

Sheets smelt like mould. Like they had been washed and sat in the washing machine for too long. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor.
