Suited my needs for short stay in Coogie
Pros:

Location and convenience booking and checking in simply on line. Very clean and reasonably good value considering the location

Cons:

The rooms are small and sink and shower very cramped,but it is a studio. Stayed here before and because it was a longer stay found these more frustrating as time went on but not so much for short stays

Great location, great staff, not too noisy and great laundry washing ability.
Pros:

That it is a very accessible location with great restaurants, to-go food, patisseries, a liquor store and the lovely Coogee Beach within an easily walkable distance.
The staff was very nice, accessible, effective and accommodating. Lovely people!

Cons:

Some corners and bits were not 100% cleaned— at least not before our stay. However, we were allowed a slightly early check-in and thus I can understand if the cleaning got a bit hurried.

I had the same towels for nearly all of my stay. Only 2 toilet rolls given for my stay

A great location and good for our short stay.i wouldn’t have wanted to have stayed there any longer than a week though

Had some issues with our room- towel rail was broken, unclean (foot mark on the pillow) broken skirting board

No reception doesn’t work - frightening and frustrating experience
Pros:

Won’t ever book somewhere like this where it has:
- no reception / passcode that doesn’t work
- stairs where I have drag luggage up in dark and rain
- no lights outside, even near apartment doors, quite frightening when arriving at night as single woman
- cost too much for what it was

Plus ending up having to pay extra $ for later checkout when I did on-line checkout and the system said it was free until 11:30
I got locked out if my room for 20mins in rain, passcode didnt work and I was late for my meeting

Pros:

Close to buses

Cons:

We had 3 separate/different rooms.
In all 3 rooms the air conditioner which is above the bed dripped.
Maybe they all need a good clean.
