Bathroom is tiny and a little difficult with everything crammed into the room but it’s a studio so not really a big issue there!

Room wasn't that comfortable, good do with a paint job & bathroom sink was way too small you couldn't brush your teeth.

I booked thinking it will be space enough for me an my hubbly, the photos are deceiving as it looks it is big enough at least for two people. The place is really small. The toilet sink is beyond tiny, causing to spell all the water out of it when brushing your teeth or washing your hands. There was not chopping board or enough plates or cutlery, the knifes where useless as they did not cut. The place was really smelly, not very clean unfortunately. Overall I would say that this place is really overpriced and only ok if you travel alone.

No sink plug to wash up dishes. Shower was tiny and basin positioned under cabinet. Tea towel was fluffy and unable to dry dishes because of fabric fluffs on dishes. Found PIN code rather long for me to remember and had to scurry out phone for access every time. The value for money in the accommodation found it rather high for a small room compared to my accommodation in Auckland was better in value for money.

Needed more comfort - tv channels, movie channels, teatowels, nice soap, shower cap, shampoo, conditioner etc, like a hotel, more inviting but it was good enough for the days we needed.

This was the second studio we had (we had a short break to travel elsewhere and returned). This studio was more 'tired' than our original. The towel rail kept falling off, only one bedside cabinet, no shelf in the fridge... minor things but these would have been annoying if we were in the room for a longer period (but to be fair we didn't report them given our short, 2 night, stay). This studio was ground floor/on a corner and whilst that was good for luggage, it was noisier. We still felt (for what we paid) it was good value given the great location.

There is traffic noise (but that is a a trade off for the location). Balcony too small to use for much and is noisy so the room lacks anywhere to eat (if cooking meals).

Dreadful checking in procedure. No booking number provided in numerous emails. Provided Link required download of app, which would not connect to booking. Can give you screen shot!. Needed to ring to get booking number and then had to self check in via website. Wasted > 50 mins of my time unnecessarily because your systems didn't work.
Code in door extremely sensitive or very old - many times the keyed in number didn't register.
The room v small, adequate for 1, squashy for 2.

The room was tiny, things needing updated, stool outside very rusty, sink in bathroom wouldn’t drain, back door was unlocked, wouldn’t book again.

AVOID BOOKING THIS PLACE! I was charged by booking.com and then again by Coogee Studio Apartments. I was asked to register a credit card before I could receive the room pin and when I did this they took the full price for the room!! After they were contacted by booking.com, they emailed to ask for my card details and said they would refund the money. I had been waiting two weeks and I still haven’t receive it. They are now ignoring my emails!!
There were also trainer marks on the floors and a dog was barking in the room next door!

We were placed on the third floor. We didn’t know there were no lifts, so my husband struggled with stairs each time. It would be useful to know this in advance. Also there was an evacuation fire alarm on first night. So we had to go downstairs and wait. Fire brigade told us this false alarm happens at least once a week
