We have stayed here a number of times and the staff and accomodation are always excellent - spotlessly clean - large rooms with good facilities. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, great location
Pros:

Very comfortable and relaxing stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, the lack of microwave and the tv being outdated would be the only negatives. The balcony has an excellent view of the pool and surrounding nightlife. The location couldn’t be more perfect and the staff are very kind.

Best value hotel in Pratumnak Soi 5
Pros:

Excellent location on Soi 5 in Pratumnak. Doesn't get any better for a quality hotel in this chill area of Pattaya. Near lots of restaurants, Bars, and big night market.

Grusom service. Ekstraseng er forferdelig.
Pros:

Bestilte 3 rom til 2 familier. Når man bestiller et rom til 3 personer blir man tildelt en grusom ekstraseng som er helt ubrukelig. Når man klager på denne fpr man beskjed om at "ekstrasengen" er en ekstraservice fordi det er meningen at 3 stk skal sove i dobbeltsengen. Helt grusomt personale, spesielt på natten.

Great find in quiet neighborhood
Pros:

Great location in central Pratumnak. Very residential feel to area compared to rest of Pattaya. Hotel is a fantastic value. About a 15 min walk to Pattaya-Jomtien baht bus route. Dongtan beach very peaceful walk in mornings before it gets hot.

Pros:

Deluxe room with pool view..could see half of the the pool. The pool was small one and not really for swimming. Noisy aircon on small balcony that blew hot air. Room floor was not clean,towels were dirty and slippers in rubber well used and dirty. Complained to staff at frontdesk but it did not help. Breakfast? Yes, but far from a hotell breakfast. Poor selection of food and not so good quality..no bacon! All pool view roon are very noisy cuz of soi 5!!

Struttura nuova, ben tenuta. Molto bella. Ci sono tante piante tropicali negli spazi comuni e pet friendly. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia della camera ed in particolare il letto molto comodo e l'aria condizionata silenziosa ed efficiente .ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. Tornero' sicuramente

Pros:

Noisy building work. Poor noise insulation for sleeping at night. Could clearly hear motorbike riding up and down at night whilst I was trying to sleep.

Some men who looked Indian were sleeping in the lobby on the couches. Made the place look like a house for homeless poor people. Hotel staff just ignored the men sleeping
