Pros:

The facilities, the pool, the SPA. The fact that it was clean. The staff was really nice.

Cons:

Parking was insufficient. The a la carte menu for dinner was was quite limited.

On a personal note, to many colours in the lobby and at the mezanine. The wall panels are an unnecessary rainbow.

Serviciile hoteliere sunt chiar servicii, nu te simti ca la o pensiune gestionata de o tanti. Mancarea buna .

Poate ca e defect profesional dar nu am putut sa nu remarc cateva detalii., Designul receptiei si al restaurantelor este perfect pentru inlocuire, culorile sunt o alegere foarte nefericita. Receptia care a costat cu siguranta mii bune de euro are ca piesa principala un raft de
Ikea plin cu trofee si diplome de care chiar nimeni nu e interesat , da un aer invechit si un zgomot vizual chiar de la intrarea in hotel, se poate inlocui cu un ecran moderm in care sa fie prezentate ofertele hotelului iar pentru "bibelouri" sa fie facut undeva intr-un loc mai putin de impact un raft elegant.
Da, apa din jacuzzi, fratilor, deja are dunga cada de depunerile de piele iar cel interior a fost fain acum 30 de ani cand a fost placat cu gresie de Sanex.
Fara investitii de milioane de euro, doar putina atentie de detalii de la departamentul de marketing (inclusiv la site pentru ca si acolo e de lucru) se pot imbunatatii .
Da, as reveni cu drag oricand.

Pros:

Personalul amabil. Camera micuta dar curata. Mic dejun variat. Mancarea buna - Felicitari bucatarului! Muzica si atmosfera din restaurant ne-a placut foarte mult- Felicitari Sefei de Sala si Formatiei!

Cons:

Din camera lipseste cana electrica si pliculetele de ceai.
Accesul la piscina se face si din exterior - nu este ceva neaparat rau dar nu e placut sa vezi persoane in blugi si pantofi sport in zona de SPA.
