Уборка каждый день, хороший бассейн, просторный номер, балкон, рядом 7/11, кафе с кофе, цена = качество

Cons:

Шум от дороги, реально напрягал, но уснуть получалось, так как уставали. Кондиционер прям над кроватью, простыли. Ну и до моря далековато, 20 минут в одну сторону

A nice stay near Kata beach
Pros:

Modern building with good bathroom facilities and a rooftop swimming pool, spacious and clean room.

Cons:

The building is located right on the main road, so it's a minus because of noise and plus, because shops, cafes and rentals are one step away.
We arrived around 6pm on New Year's Eve and it took a while for the host to find my booking confirmation, which made me a little bit nervous.

Good stay overall
Pros:

The location was ok, 15-20 mins walk to the beach. Restaurants and a good self service laundry close by. The reception staff were very helpful and had very good english. Plenty of space in the room. There's a couple of Seven Eleven's close buy to purchase snacks and alcohol. We didnt hear any traffic noise even though it is near the main road. We were in a back room with a balcony.

Cons:

The pool area was poorly lit, and there were no lights in the pool itself. there were only a few sun loungers. The wifi voucher system kept dropping out. There was poor wifi on the rooftop by the pool. The lower level balcony looks out onto a building, but the higher levels are better.
