This chain of hotel never fails; well maintained, professional staffs, amenities available should you forget some basic toiletries. For Japanese modular shower space, it is generous including height wise. Coin laundry is a great plus for long stays or prolonged travels.

Excellent hotel for early risers
Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance to the Toyama train station and Kansui park. The bathroom was bigger than most similar hotels by Japanese standards.
The room was very clean and the space was adequate for two persons.

Cons:

The room where I was staying was facing the main road and very near to a road junction. The charming sounds from the pedestrian crossings could be heard through the window and these had caused us loosing some quality sleep especially during the hours of 6am to 8am.

great hotel and proximity to station is wonderful
Pros:

Location near the station was first class choice. Highly recommend a visit to the Glass Museum

Cons:

We asked for an extra half hour after 11.00 check out but it was denied. I didnt think it was too much to ask

Excellent stay
Pros:

The location was easy access to the train station. Was very very clean. Definitely one of the better hotels that I had stayed in Japan. The staffs were super helpful. Excellent. Will definitely come back and stay here.

Nothing much to complain.

You will not disappoint from this hotel.
Pros:

I stayed here for only one night and I wish I could stay more here next time I visit Toyama. Location is the best. It's near Toyama main station and Toyota rent a car is opposite of the hotel. It's in the city center where you can walk to Toyama castle, Matsukawa river and Toyama city hall observation tower. The room is bigger than Japan hotel standard, especially the wash room. The breakfast is very goooood.
