Pros:

A very bad experience with Seyithan Palace Spa Hotel.

I strongly advise everyone to be extremely careful before booking this hotel.

We made a reservation for 9 people. Part of the payment was made in cash, and one booking was made through Booking.com. Upon arrival, we found the rooms to be very dirty, with unpleasant odors and cracked walls. The conditions were completely unacceptable.

More than 4 people requested to leave immediately, but the hotel refused. We had also tried to cancel the reservation through Booking one day before arrival, but this was denied, with no refund offered.

Even worse, guests who left immediately upon arrival were still asked to pay. To this day, the hotel continues to demand additional payments, even though several rooms were never used.

They keep adding new charges daily without clear justification.

I strongly recommend everyone to think twice before booking this hotel.

Improve on the necessity
Pros:

Must have a lot of iron. I had to share and waited the whole night for that iron! And when i didn’t get them, they dont have alternatives to assist us

Cons:

Iron, and our queen bed was joint with 2 single beds. Very uncomfortable.

I am OK with my stay
Pros:

Location was good and not far from International fair center. That was actually the Idea.

Cons:

Noice insulation between the rooms is not so good and you can hear different noices.

Pros:

A fost a doua oara cand am stat aici. Raportul calitate pret a fost bun. Hotelul are parcare , camera ok, baia ok cu apa fierbinte si curat.

Cons:

Eram 2 persoane, iar in camera am avut 1 prosop pt baie. Am mai cerut , ne-au adus mai tarziu ceva, dar in ansamblu am avut o ședere buna
