DO NOT RESERVE THIS HOTEL. Husband wasn’t even able to check in. No computers, didn’t have the room ready, had no record of reservation, no complimentary breakfast offered as advertised either. Now I’m stuck trying to get a refund or having to eat the expense.

Its very run down and unclean

The property is extremely dirty and unkept. So many things need repair. The mattress & sheets were so old they were yellow. The micro & mini fridge were dirty. There were no towels. There has not been breakfast at this property for over a year. The list goes on and on!

This hotel is the worst nasty place to stay at we went to check in and had to call to let them know that we were there to check in. While we were checking in there was a guy that was checking out and could not remember his room that he was checking out of and I think we got the room that he just checked out of. The room we got the bed was not made and the room smelled really bad. The mattress was so nasty looking and very old. They did not want to refund me my money.

First impression was ok, however, there was a lot of things that were not ok. Stain on the back of the front door, the lamp on the opposite side of my side, the lamp did not work. The shower head was broken and was wetting my entire face, felt like I was drowning. The curtain was hanging by a thread practically and look old. We had a small bed I’m not sure if it was a queen or a full. I was not happy with my stay and I’m glad it was just an overnight stay!

Stairs only and rooms with 2 beds are all upstairs! Front desk personnel were friendly!

The pictures are deceiving online. It’s nothing near it. The room smells smoke, no trash can in room, floor looks nasty, bed is bad. Everything in the room is bad and looks nasty. It’s a ghetto not a hotel. Nothing good to write about.

I loved everything about my stay at Marifah Inn. The hospitality was exceptional, the property was beautiful, and every detail was taken care of. A truly fantastic experience!

Room wasn’t really clean and the TV didn’t work

This was by far the worst hotel me and my co-worker have stayed in. The room was absolutely atrocious bed bugs stained pillows, comforter’s and sheets. The room smelled like skunk. Under the beds were condom wrappers and tons of dirt and trash. The bathroom was stained in toilet sink and shower area, my co-worker refused to shower for our 3 day stay. They refused to refund our money and as we had already paid with our work per-diem for hotel stay we had no option but to stay there. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THIS HOTEL IS IN EXPEDIA WEBSITE as i think of expedia as a reputable website. Please do something about this hotel on your website. Oh yeah when we went to check in they knew nothing about my reservation they stated they had to call their boss in PAKISTAN to get the ok on wether we were going to have our room keys. DO NOT STAY THERE!! And expedia again please do something about this.

I just wanted to say the staff here was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

Did not end up staying there. Walked in to our room did not look anything like the pictures. The beds was not made no sheets or covers in there, the mattresses were disgusting. Food was left in the ice box. Walked out as soon as i walked in. Went back to the front no one wanted to answer. Went next door to quality inn got a room and then as i came back out to get food seen the gentleman sitting on the concrete. Went over trying to get my money back and got a long story about how they would have to send the report to their billing manager.
