Was modern looking ,good parking spots , clean downstairs area

Cons:

Wasn’t the cleanest in the room. One side of bed had no energy/light,microwave wasn’t working properly seemed broken, Found hairs on towels and bed area, found dip pouch behind bed, and no city view like we booked an paid extra for.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
Pros:

I enjoyed the daily breakfast options. Keep it up.

Cons:

I was checked into an accessible room without requesting for one. Don't know why it happened. I didn't request for a change as it was pretty late when I checked in.

Pros:

Great loction- front desk staff was amazing and we booked it again to go to near by events- perfect place for spring concerts..

Cons:

Late check in, we had to pay extra to check in at noon- so we didn't even get to stay at the great place 24 hours.. It cost $75 to check in 2 hours early

Great stay for my very first time in Houston
Pros:

The selection of breakfast was good and its included in the stay the hotel was very clean and the staff was polite and friendly I would definitely stay again

Cons:

The only thing that I don’t like it was a little difficult for some of the Lyfts to get to maybe it’s the construction that’s going on in the area but it was about 13 to 15 minutes from downtown

I was only in the room at night and early morning. The breakfast was great.
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast. I could not get the pillows to be comfortable but the pillows provided were great. They had a great exercise room. I did not use it because I did not take gear with me. The equipment was very good.

Cons:

I would like to have had the tv guide to work.
