Un accueil chaleureux et des lieux accessibles pour tous
Pros:

Le personnel nous a accueillis avec des petits gâteaux.
Le petit déjeuner était très bien, juste ce qu'il faut, et varié. Mon mari a bien apprécié.
La piscine et la salle d'excercices: très accessibles, pas d'obstacles, avec même un dispositif pour aider les personnes vivant avec un handicap à se mettre à l'eau.
Et on pouvait laisser un tip à un membre précis du personnel (employés de ménage, réception, etc, bien identifiés) avec une application. Génial!

Cons:

Les écrans dans le restaurant avec la musique d'ambiance. Mais c,est vraiment la seule chose.

Horrible. Disappointing. Last time!
Pros:

Nothing… the rooms are so small… literally the walls are built around two beds and you can hardly get out on one side of either bed. There’s no cleaning service unless requested and there’s no opportunity to be advised of this rule! So we went out and returned in the evening to wet towels in the tub and the room not clean. The breakfast was disgusting.. day old bread to toast and just everything was so lackluster. There’s so many hotel options in Kanata. I would definitely never stay at this one again.
