We will visit again
Pros:

It was clean and close to the venue we were attending for the Sens game. They had an affordable shuttle back and forth. Staff were nice and caring.

Pros:

Líbila se mi lokalita blízko haly Ottawa Senators. V blízkosti obchodní centrum. Do centra autem 30 minut.

Cons:

Vedle našeho pokoje byla prádelna (nebo něco takového) ze které šel neustále hluk a to zejména v noci. Také tam byla jedna malá skříň, což bylo dost málo.

Le personnel très accueillant et courtois ainsi que l’emplacement proche du centre canadian tire

Cons:

La propreté de la salle de bain laissais à désirée le bas de toilette avais de l’urine dessu et les surfaces en profondeur n’était pas fais très souvent (tache de café sur le mur et poussière sur la tête de lit etc)

Perfect mini-vacation with the kids!
Pros:

Easy to get to and ample free parking. Free breakfast was good and the eating area was well set up. The hotel is compact but the layout has been well thought out, and everything is clean! We adored the pool, hot tub, and exercise room! Pool is in a large warm room with huge windows so the sun pours in, plus there are lots of chaises too. Must mention the staff who were very kind and gave little treats to the kids!

Cons:

The ventilation unit was a little loud and was always running even when turned off. This made the air in our unit fresh, though- it was just something we needed to get used to

It's the perfect place to stay if you are going to a game or concert at the Canadian Tire Center
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. The rooms and facilities were clean and easy to get to. The pool and hot tub were excellent.

Cons:

The bar/restaurant were a little slow to get service but it seemed like they had an influx of call in orders at the time so it's not fault of the hotel.

Pros:

All staff we had any contact with, were very pleasant and helpful. The treats offered at front desk after we returned from the event, were delicious and just what we needed after a long evening.
Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious with a good variety. The morning/Breakfast staff were exceptionally nice and very efficient in clearing dishes and making sure everything was clean and keeping food well stocked.
We were in the city for a concert, at the arena just across the road. It was an easy 3 minute drive, making the location perfect for our need
