Perfect mini-vacation with the kids!
Pros:

Easy to get to and ample free parking. Free breakfast was good and the eating area was well set up. The hotel is compact but the layout has been well thought out, and everything is clean! We adored the pool, hot tub, and exercise room! Pool is in a large warm room with huge windows so the sun pours in, plus there are lots of chaises too. Must mention the staff who were very kind and gave little treats to the kids!

Cons:

The ventilation unit was a little loud and was always running even when turned off. This made the air in our unit fresh, though- it was just something we needed to get used to

It's the perfect place to stay if you are going to a game or concert at the Canadian Tire Center
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. The rooms and facilities were clean and easy to get to. The pool and hot tub were excellent.

Cons:

The bar/restaurant were a little slow to get service but it seemed like they had an influx of call in orders at the time so it's not fault of the hotel.

Pros:

All staff we had any contact with, were very pleasant and helpful. The treats offered at front desk after we returned from the event, were delicious and just what we needed after a long evening.
Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious with a good variety. The morning/Breakfast staff were exceptionally nice and very efficient in clearing dishes and making sure everything was clean and keeping food well stocked.
We were in the city for a concert, at the arena just across the road. It was an easy 3 minute drive, making the location perfect for our need

The best hotel if going to a CTC event
Pros:

Picked this hotel because the proximity to the Canadian Tire Centre and I was going to see a concert. Although It is not allowed - it is possible to walk across the bridge right to the venue (takes about 10 minutes) or so I heard from others staying. (an uber was $4.00!) - The staff was informative - my room had a concert night warning and earplugs which was amazing and thoughtful- I have to say though; this room was the quietest I've had in some time - I did not hear any slamming doors or external noise at all!!! Breakfast was standard but decent options including Danish and make your own waffles - staff great and informative

Cons:

I booked through Booking.com - regardless I felt I was spammed by the hotel with multiple requests to per check in and pre check out ect. Very minor but I found it a little annoying! - Definitely recommend regardless - also GO SENS GO

Not the best stay
Pros:

It’s kept clean and the staff are nice

Cons:

My fiancé and I have both stayed here in December and in February and each time there have been hockey tournaments. This time the hotel was so loud, kids running everywhere, parents all over the lobby and the pool packed. We were also near the stairs and we could hear people going up and down. You should warn guests before they come to stay because I wanted to go In the pool area but there were kids screaming and parents drinking in there.

Perfect place to stay for a Senators game.
Pros:

The room was well maintained and had many amenities. The breakfast was very good. There was a shuttle service to the near by arena for a small cost. Overall our stay was more than satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel twice in two months. The second time we paid $50 more than the first for the same room. This was the only concern I had and would give me pause for returning.

On a passé un très bon moment à l’hôtel, c’était agréable.
Pros:

On est venu pour une partie de hockey, il y avait de nombreux partisans pour l’équipe de Montréal, et après la victoire, beaucoup d’ambiance dans le bar. Le service de navette pour se rendre au Canadian tire center est très pratique et abordable.
