Comfy and cold
Pros:

Room was great. Nice and cold. Clean. Beds comfy. Waffle maker at breakfast was near!

Cons:

Shower. The handle didn't match the original install and it was so difficult to turn the handle to adjust hot cold and on and off. Shower head sucked. Pool was small. Heated to 82°. Breakfast selection was extremely minimal and the eggs had no flavor.

Everything that could go wrong went wrong
Pros:

Location was near freeway and stores.

Cons:

Too many things broken and not working. For example, the elevator close to our room was not working. I reserved multiple rooms in one of our rooms. The bathroom door didn’t close in another room. The stove didn’t work. Water got into our room from a leaking ceiling. The faucet in the sink have no pressure so when we tried to use it, it was drops coming out

Pros:

Breakfast was great and the lady that served the food was incredible. I wish I remembered her name but she works 6 days a week and does an awesome job.

Cons:

The room only gets cleaned 3 times a week. One of the days I put a staying in sign on the door until 11am and then I removed the sign and left. The cleaning lady was next door but never came to clean. So in 6 days we only got our room cleaned twice. We had dirty linen and trash cans full.

Upon my arrival I was ask to pay for my entire stay upfront including incidentals. Staff was rude
Pros:

Spoke to manager she was decent and she provided refund

Cons:

Upfront cost, rude staff, they explained to me that the reason they don’t do upkeep to property is because of cost, I felt unsafe and the room made my skin crawl. The advertisement of this hotel is misleading. If there is a such thing for local only hotels- this would be appropriate for locals only or comparable to a motel 6.
