Pros:

Beautiful garden, excellent views, good value for money

Cons:

Rooms with city view are extremely noisy, don’t choose them. The hotel was nice enough to move us to a garden facing room

Overall it was OK. I would not go back there again.
Pros:

Cleanliness, staff, facilities and food.

Cons:

Excessive noise from shows and music late at night until 1:00 am in the bar at the weekend.
The bathroom had a bad smell from the drainage. The hotel is on a very busy highway it wasn’t pleasant to walk to anywhere. So felt very isolated in the hotel.

Stunning!
Pros:

Stunning property and the manager was very lovely and welcoming. The swim up pool room was incredible and we would stay here again in a heartbeat

Cons:

Very minor! Dinner at the Luckys restaurant was delicious but both mains we ordered were quite oily. This is probably personal preference but good to be aware of.

Not long enough - beautiful venue
Pros:

Beautiful overlooking the sea. Very nice staff. Lovely choice.

Cons:

Liked everything. Staff went above and beyond for us - we arrived prior to check in with three extra groomsman who needed to get ready for our wedding next door. They were super helpful and accommodating and even brought out champagne giving us a room the moment it was ready. Very grateful. The staff on the desk are super helpful and friendly. So thank you Unique.

Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen
Pros:

Unser Zimmer lag mit der Sicht zur Straße und es war sehr laut. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade mit Sicht in den wunderschönen Garten bekommen

Das Frühstück war top und das Personal war auch sehr nett

The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming, and the overall environment of the hotel was decent.

Cons:

The restaurant staff spoke poor English, making communication quite difficult. The two restaurants operate independently, and the non-smoking section is only upstairs, yet they don't sync orders between floors, which felt really weird. The facilities and service didn't feel like a 5-star hotel at all, though the prices were definitely 5-star. I wouldn't recommend dining here: the food is overpriced and average at best. The hotel spa was nice, but again, much more expensive than other places.
