Odalar güzel, ancak deniz kullanımı kısıtlı ve gürültülü

Odası temiz ve modern

Cons:

Saat 18’de şezlongları ve plajı terk etmeniz gerekiyor, çünkü Restaurant için hazırlık yapılıyor ve masalar vb yerleştiriliyor. Denizi kullanma sürenizin bu şekilde Restaurant için kısıtlanması doğru değil. Neredeyse, geceleri de “gece çorbacısı” olarak hizmet verecekler ve 24 saati ciro için değerlendirecekler. Gün içinde deniz kenarında huzur arıyorsanız, bulamazsınız! Çünkü bütün gün saçma bir müzik yüksek sesle sadece kafa şişiriyor.

oncelikle otelin denize sıfır olması cezbetti ama denize ulasımın ,18:00 de kapandıgını ve 18:00 den sonra denize girmek yasak oldugunu bilmeden gittik , saskınlıgımızı gizleyemedik. cunku baska bir restaurant'a plajı kiraladıkları icin , sizi oradan cıkartıyorlar. ( cok mantıksız , denize neden yakın otel tuttuk ) ?

ayrıca , sabah 4:00 havuza bagıra cagıra giren bir kitleyi , saskınlıkla resepsiyonu arayarak ulasamadık , 3 kere otel ic arama sisteminden telefon acılmayınca , dısardan telefon ederek , gece muduru sag olsun uyardı ve ses kesildi. bu gibi egitimsizlerin de otelde olacagını dusunmemistik.

bunun dısında otelin konumu ve calısanların uykusuz ama var gucu ile calısmaları bizi cok memnun bıraktı. denizi cok guzel ( ama 18:00 e kadar ) sonra denize asla giremiyorsunuz. kucucuk bir havuzla devam ediyorsunuz. tekrar gitmem ama cok kotu de diyemem. işi bilenlerin eline gecerse , ilk 10 otel icinde gorebilecegimiz bir potansiyel mevcut.

bir de ust havuzda , havuz icinde yemek ve icmek yasak olmasına ragmen, resimlerinin de havuz kenarında bulunmasına ragmen , havuzda tatli , yemek ve icecek icen tipleri gorunce , e neden resimleri koydun , kontrol ve denetleme yapmıcaksan , kural neden yarattın dedirtti.

Sag olsunlar , insallah duzeltirler bu guzel mekanı ... saygılar.

Pros:

Un grand merci a Banu . Une femme incroyable.Elle a règle le petit problème de chambre directement avec un sourire . Les personnels du Beach (yasin ) et du restaurant déjeuner surtout les jeunes étudiants sont très aimables et serviable.

Cons:

Pas beaucoup d’activités. Un hotel pour se reposer. Les chambres sont pas très sonorisée. Chambre propre , lit et cousins convenable .

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel itself was nice, but the serious issue during check-out
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, with a very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well-designed, and having a balcony was a great bonus. The restaurant were nice, the views were beautiful, and enjoying the sea in the morning was especially wonderful.

Cons:

The different staff members gave us completely different prices for the airport transfer, which was not a major issue. However, during check-out, we were told that we had had dinner at a restaurant where we had supposedly signed the bill but had not paid. This was completely incorrect, as we had never been to that particular restaurant. At every restaurant we visited, we paid immediately on the spot.

We were asked to pay an additional €300 for a dinner at the fish restaurant, even though we had never been there. We asked the staff to check the security cameras to confirm that we had not visited the restaurant. They spent approximately 30 minutes checking while our taxi was waiting for us, Also, we were late getting to the airport.

In the end, they discovered that someone had signed the bill under our name, although we still do not know how this happened. We had absolutely nothing to do with this dinner. What was especially disappointing was that we received no apology or proper explanation from the hotel, which is absolutely unacceptable.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel war genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten – sauber, gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders positiv fanden wir die angenehme Atmosphäre und den freundlichen Service.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlen konnte. Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt und insgesamt hat einfach alles gepasst.

Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! 🤍

Not worth the money unfortunately
Pros:

Rooms and views are ok. The garden is nice. The rooms are clean.

Cons:

The pool surroundings were overcrowded with running kids (I got kids myself but they behave) and never cleaned during the day so there was Starbucks cups and trash everywhere. The beach close at 6.30 pm which is a shame not to be able to enjoy the sea after that time especially in the heath. You have to ask for anything at list 3 times before getting it done and the people working for the hotel are not particularly friendly or helpful.

Great stay!
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, and the restaurant on site was very good. The staff were extremely attentive, and it was a great bonus that the beach beds were included with our stay.
Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the hospitality.

Bel hôtel mais service globalement décevant
Pros:

L’hôtel était bien. C’est le service et le personnel qui nous ont déçus, sauf l’accueil ( voiture et bagages) et le chef en charge de préparer les poissons au restaurants, qui étaient très biens et sympathiques.

Cons:

L’accueil et le service (réception, restaurant et plage) peu agréables.
