Pros:

Das Frühstück war Gut.
Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Personal war freundlich hatte zum Teil eine schlechte Arbeitsmoral und zu schlechtes Fachwissen bei Fragen.
Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war sehr Oberflächlich. Die Fugen im Badberich waren Gelb und konnten mit einem Badetuch einfach etwas gereinigt werden. Der Holzboden wurde auch nach einer Reklamation nicht richtig aufgenommen. Schade das man für den Wellnesbereich und den Fitnesberich extra Zahlen muss.

Pros:

colazione eccellente, personale gentile, camera spaziosa.

Cons:

l'accesso al garage, serviva un codice mai ricevuto e poi l'accesso alla ski room ed alla camera con i bagagli un viaggio, senza indicazioni. Disagevole e lungo, inaccettabile per un hotel!

Faux 4 étoiles
Pros:

Les chambres sont jolie, même si la salle de bain très petite, la vue et belle

Cons:

Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles, quasiment aucun accessoire de toilette dans les chambres, rien pour ce faire un thé ou un café et le service du petit déjeuner est très pauvres et mal organisé. On nous a pas proposé de passer commande pour des œufs et nous avons dû demander plusieurs fois pour des tasses afin de se servir de boissons. Celles-ci n'ayant jamais été rachallandée

Great experience and hope to return. I will recommend this hotel
Pros:

Design, convenience, location and quality!!!
Reception staff was really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant misses soul and the menu is rather limited.
I would expected a better breakfast for this kind of hotel and price.
Staff at the bar was overwhelmed and not really friendly.
