Lo que más me gustó es que el lugar quedaba muy cerca de mi lugar de trabajo

Cons:

No me gustó la falsa expectativa que generaron al solicitar mi desayuno, especialmente porque lo requería a antes de las 9 de la mañana y me comentaron que tardarían 15 minutos en prepararlo y tomó alrededor de media hora, hubiera preferido que me dijeran que tardarían más para resolver de otra manera.

Recomendable para quienes quieren conocer el hermoso centro historico de Puebla.
Pros:

Sin duda la ubicacion es lo mejor del hotel, a tres calles del zocalo de Puebla. Servicios todos bien. Limpieza, vaya lo basico para una estancia corta super bien.

Quizas un poco de ruido en la noche por la cercania de algunos bares, pero fuera de eso bien,

Buena Ubicación. Muy cómodo y limpio.

Cons:

Al llegar nos dijeron que ya no había lugar de estacionamiento, y que tenían convenio con un estacionamiento por 200 y tantos mxn. Le comente que había mandado mensaje para rsvar estacionamiento y resultó que si había lugar en el hotel por 90 mxn. No me parece que cobren el estacionamiento, por el precio debería estar incluido
