Would not recommend despite the great customer service

Location + staff are great but that’s basically it.

Cons:

Our first room had a broken AC and our window was right next to the building ventilation so impossible to open the window to get some air. We requested to change rooms and ended up in another similar room with functional AC. Sheets had stains in both rooms, our second room had a bad smell and both bathrooms had low to no pressure hot water. As a woman, not enough water to wash my hair. The rooftop view is amazing but the food and drinks are very pricy - way too high for the area.

Pésimo! El peor hotel donde me e hospedado,,,, por el precio esperaba poder ver la tele, tener Internet, bañarme con agua caliente, o por lo menos tener una cafetera en el cuarto. Pero nada de eso,,,, el café en la terraza frío y caro..... En verdad una fea experiencia. No lo recomiendo
