Hotel Tamara, a great place to stay in historic area of Puebla
Pros:

Loved the location right in the centre of historic Puebla. Not on the main square, but only a couple of blocks away. Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. The roof top restaurant provided excellent food and a great view of the surrounding area. Staff were great and made us feel welcome.

Cons:

We ordered a room with a terrace thinking that it would be nice to sit out after a day of wandering around Puebla. Well, the terrace is on the ground floor and features a view of a wall and a parking lot tower. So, not really a place to spend time. So, just get one of the regular rooms, you will not be disappointed.

Pleasant close to Zocalo
Pros:

Great location staff very friendly and help full very nice view from roof top restaurant inner rooms ie 414 no view look out to a open void of brick walls and rooms with street view are best, Only bad experience was the coffee shop next to lobby why is it there it seemed to be never staffed and when i tried to get coffee in the morning i was told to go to roof top Cafe

Pros:

Rooftop breakfast experience was very good.
Management has a smart contemporary hotel that will return to.
I had an issue that the front desk manager took an interest in solving. This was most appreciated because it included trust. Thank you.
I unfortunately do not speak Spanish. So let’s limit the following to just those guests.
I was unaware of the pleasant rooftop food and drink services, until well into my second day. Am I the only no-Spanish guest who missed this?
Maybe front desk could mention this, in English, at check-in if they are not doing it now.

Cons:

This hotel is well managed and while it had low occupancy during my visit, operations are for this size and location very good to excellent.

Parfait emplacement pour découvrir le magnifique centre de Puebla.

L’emplacement parfait , la gentillesse de l’accueil,

Cons:

Le lavabo dans la chambre, séparé de la douche, n’est pas très pratique.
Sèche-cheveux à demander à l’accueil.

Pros:

Frühstück auf der Terrasse am Wochenende verfügbar. Aussicht und Essen sind fantastisch!

Cons:

Bettlaken und Duschtücher waren sehr schmutzig (schwarze Flecken und Schlieren) . Wir haben aber Ersatz erhalten. Es gab eher viel Staub auf dem Boden, als wir ankamen. Nach der ersten Zimmetreinigung war es gut.
Es ist eher laut von der Strasse her und die Fenster nicht lärmschützend. Aber mich hat das wenig gestört.
