Pros:

This is a beautiful property with a lot of potential. However, this place is poorly managed.

1) The person at the front-desk (Onur) was rude and upon being informed that there were several issues that needed to be taken care of in the apartment, simply refused to help and said that I can cancel the booking if I don't like it.
2) They never bothered to remove the previous trash on time and did not provide us trash bags even upon repeated requests.
3) They have no idea how to manage a place like this. There was loud music till 10:00 pm at night. Very disturbing.
