Pros:

emplacement très adapté à des vacanciers aimant la vie nocturne parisienne, en plein coeur d'une rue très très animée du quartier latin. Idéal pour visiter les grands monuments et les bords de Seine.

Cons:

Mieux vaut ne pas avoir envie de calme. Confort standard. établissement sans réelle personnalité. Selon les périodes, la loi de l'offre et de la demande peut rendre les tarifs assez chers pour ce que c'est.

Great but noisy location, clean and good value.
Pros:

The room was clean, towels provided, good value for money, very central so a good location from that perspective. Near 2 metro stations and tourist sites. Shower worked well, air con in the room.

Cons:

The vent in the room let in a lot of street noise and because of the hotel's central location, there was a lot of street noise. It was hard to get to sleep and the quality of sleep wasn't great because of street noise or air con fan.

Lokacija u centru grada, čisto, udobni kreveti, ljubazno osoblje. Da nema buke, sve bi bilo savršeno.

Cons:

Ekstremno velika buka tijekom cijele noći od koje je doslovno nemoguće spavati - restorani, kafići, klubovi.

If you only care about location, don’t care so much about the bathroom facilities, take this place.
Pros:

The location is really fantastic, you’re in two steps at notre dame and a well connected RER and metro line.

Cons:

The bathroom of our room was really bad. Toilet seat smaller than the toilet. Shower head that was not possible to hang on the wall otherwise there was water everywhere. Sink pedestal was loose.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación en pleno Barrio Latino. Personal amable, buena relación calidad precio. Habitación cómoda. En mi caso tuve que subir un piso por escalera, el resto en ascensor. El desayuno tiene lo básico para arrancar el día.
