Staff was pleasant. Having said that, one enters a small literally 4' x 5' "room" to check in, Amenities were lacking - site states free wifi - NOT!, the tv did not work, only powered on and off and had no channels (I scanned to find some and it could not find any), no little typical goodies were available (soap, shampoo, etc.), no chest with drawers for clothing, the towel rack is in the room - none in bathroom, shower is a 32" x 32" corner type with a stopped up drain. The hot water literally took over 2 minutes to reach the faucet or the shower. The only light was a single one with the switch by the door, no lamp on the night stand or anything else. There was another light in the bathroom. The floor was tile and no carpet anywhere as well as the walls were all cinder block painted a dark gray. There are also some railroad tracks across the street which are not mentioned in their site either. And lots of trains pass through that area!
Run far away from this place!!!
The manager refused to give me a room.

The owner/staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility is a little old, but kept up fairly well and was clean. The beds were very comfortable and not worn out and saggy like most economical motels are.
Upon arrival, check-in area is the size of my kitchen table, no room for 2 people in there so had to wait outside while the guy ahead of me got checked in. Behind the window, check-in staff were not friendly - not a hint of a smile between the 2 of them. I had Rm #107 - the light in front was so bright when I returned that night that I had to shield my eyes when pulling into the space, & while I was glad to have a space right in front of my room, there was an L shape to the building right there & 2 more rooms' doors were perhaps 3 feet from the driver's side of my truck. My room could have been swept - there were about 5 large clumps of dirt (or something) scattered about the floor. The bed was hard, not a big deal because I know some people like a Very Firm mattress, just I do not. Shower was okay, water got hot within a couple of minutes, pressure was good but no shelf on which to put soap. There were 2 lights in the room, extremely, painfully bright - side by side, 2 ft apart directly above the bed, & no light around the corner over the table, so to eat or read at the table you are in the dark. My stay was for 2 nights; morning after 1st night as I was leaving for my conference a cleaning lady asked if I wanted room service. I told her no, but please do leave me some clean towels. When I returned that evening the same wet towels were still piled by the door where I had left them & there were no clean towels. The AC worked well & I enjoyed hearing nearby chickens crowing.
