The view
They cancelled 2 of the rooms my daughter booked for her wedding and didn’t advise her. It was a fight to get them rebooked the day before the wedding.
Room freezing and unable to adjust it from within the room

No direction on how to get to tower two. Met many other people as confused as we were.
Staff pleasant but didn’t know exactly where things were
No lift instructions for tower two. Room card didn’t work on lift at times

The rooms were amazing, great facilities and easy to use and the was amazing. I can’t complain about the functionality of the room.
On the first night we were on level 37 and had the most annoying loud noise. Rang reception and she knew straight away what it was, it was the hot water meter but I don’t understand if you have issues like that the place wouldn’t get the fixed or not people in that room until it was fixed.
The lady at reception was amazing and tried her best to accommodate us to another room but unfortunately there was nothing until our second night so we had to put up with the most annoying loud noise every time someone used hot water!! Not good enough for the price we paid.

Location was good, very clean apartment.
OMG, the lifts. Allow 15 minutes to either get to the top or bottom.
Brand new room with amazing views
Amazing place! Went during a super busy time and you’d never know it. They kept up with the demand so well. Apartment was clean, comfortable and the view was beautiful. We’ll be back!
The elevators were a bit of a nightmare when there was a look of people coming and going but we just had to be mindul of allowing more time for this. Not a biggie!

Got a bit late to get one of my rooms and were not flexible with late checkout

Everything representing a hotel stay was missing. Paid a lot of money for 5 star yet bedrooms didn’t have ensuite, noises and finishes terrible. No service at all. Big let down.
Everything about the Star Residences is great - we stay every year as we attend the GC Marathon - we will be booking again for next year :)
Absolutely nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back & I also recommend The Star Residence's to family & friends at every opportunity.
