Pros:

The food at the casino. Beds were somewhat comfortable. Staff were happy and friendly.

Cons:

Room key wouldn't open the pool area on level 6. So didn't have access. Also the block out blinds didn't block out the sun properly in the rooms.. I like a dark room.

Extremely Dissapointed

I had to change room three times. First suite had no hot water.
The second suite was not clean. There was big clumps of black hair, false fingernails all behind the bath. It was terrible.
The staff moved me again to the top floor & were very helpful.
The Couch & Chairs all need a steam clean in the third apartment. We were very dissapointed as we have stayed there last year & its usually fantastic.
The staff however were exceptionally helpful.

$300 lost in clothing from a dirty washing machine that stained 3 white shirts and being told that nothing is wrong not happy at all so so disappointed

Will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Its location to the convention centre.
Also the apartment was huge and had the most amazing views from the 25th floor. Absolute bargain for what we got. Definitely 5stars from me⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
