Location was convenient to the Shibuya Station. A restaurant was connected to the hotel space. Baggage storage and delivery was very convenient. Staff was great. The bed was comfortable.
The bed was difficult to get into and out of. It took up all the space in the room. There was no place to hang wet towels after showering.

Very cute and trendy hotel easily accessible to all Shibuya (and by virtue of transit proximity - Tokyo itself) has to offer. Still tucked away enough from the action to avoid feeling crowded or noisy. Lovely bar and coffee shop on the ground level. The room was comfortable and appropriately spacious for 2 travelers. The bathroom was nice and fairly large for Tokyo!

Poor cleaning, badly stained carpets in the room and hallways, very small and cramped, room’s facilities extremely poor used tooth floss down side bed, building works opposite room window.
