The convience of the area is unbeatable, as is the coffee.
Pros:

Location was the best part about this place. The breakfast and coffee at the restaurant was also spectacular.

Cons:

The room was extremely dusty, they say they clean every three days of your stay but never did. Sheets were covered in hair. Only two laundry machines for the whole hotel. The views are depressing. The way the AC is built it blasts right into your face as you’re sleeping. Tiny fridge. Tiny garage pail (some of us have children with diapers, perhaps something to consider)

Pros:

Great coffee, breakfasts and pizzas. The barista/server in the cafe was really efficient and friendly. Enjoyed having the bar downstairs for pre or post dinner drinks and good music. Love the decor, cleanliness, friendly and helpful reception staff. Location is also great.

Great budget hotel for your trip or if you need a last minute spot (we did).
Pros:

This was a great value traveler hotel in Shibuya. The room was an expected tight space as that is normal for a Japanese city. Staff were very friendly and we got a discount at the bar and coffee shop in the same building.

Cons:

Room could have surprised us and been bigger but it was not unexpected. Two close friends snuggled into the twin just fine.

not worth the money

Location is great

Cons:

this is the worst value for money stay I have ever experienced (and we stayed in 8 different hotels on this vacation alone), tiny room with poor layout, medium cleanliness, excessive pricing (800$ per night). Felt more like staying in a youth hostel.

Pros:

Ubicación magnifica y la atención es impecable. Todo limpio y muy silencioso.
La cafetería de abajo tiene mucho ambiente.

Cons:

Hay que fijarse en el tamaño de las habitaciones porque, depende de cual cojas, casi no caben ni las maletas.

A modern place with just enough creature comforts in a convenient location. All around great value.
Pros:

I loved the chic lobby, the friendliness of the staff, the very modern room, the shower, and the breakfast available next to the lobby. The convenience of location to shibuya station was wonderful and I felt at home.

Cons:

Small rooms, not enough space under the bed to store my checked luggage but it was all good!

Die Lage ist top! Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Bei Regenwetter konnte man auch Regenschirme mitnehmen, was super praktisch war :)

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider schon echt sehr klein, aber für Tokyo ist das gängig
