Lofts At San Agustin

The property was clean, neat and had everything we needed for our stay. We had no issues going in and out. The place is very conveniently located. We enjoyed our time there!

Fantastic Staff and a great Vibe

We arrived at night, which made it difficult to find, but when we did arrive, the site was great. The place was clean, and we received effective communication when an issue arose.

Great place if you're looking for something nice and affordable. This isn't a 5-star hotel but if you want to stay near the locals and be close to the main roads this is a good place to stay my only complaint is that the bathroom was a bit small but it wasn't an issue.

The property was safe, quiet and clean

Bars in the first floor noice all day and night lots of mosquitoes in the room and they doing construction at 7 am every day! Highlight the small food stop next door great drinks (las puertas cafe)

Ownership of the property changed days before my trip and I was not afforded the services available under the previous ownership. Incomplete self check in instructions were texted so I was unable to check in when I landed and had to pay for a night at another hotel. The WI FI was unreliable and out half the time of my stay.

Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend

Loved the apartment, plenty of room. The balcony was a plus as was the parking lair available. Great communication with management. Easy check in/out. Treated amazingly by staff and locals in the area. Great location. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to another stay in the future

The property was clean. The Staff we're all amazing. They made sure to check in with you every day. If anything was needed it was done with no hesitation. Three of us stayed for 6 nights. The bathroom was a bit small and not much room to put clothes away but thats not to much of a problem. We would definitely stay there again in the future. 15 minute walk to the port of old san Juan if you didn't want to drive there.

The communication from the staff is great. The property could have improvements with upkeep and maintenance. There were ants on the upper loft and the area is not the nicest.

This property was very clean, if we needed any refills on tissues paper towels etc they were there before the call ended.

Walking distance to Escambron beach.

Perfect stay! Walkable to Old San Juan, can Ride a scooter or short Uber to Condado. We Love PDT!
