Bel emplacement mais bruyant
Pros:

Chambre très bruyante la première nuit (musique toute la nuit )( la climatisation laisse entrer beaucoup d air de l’extérieur et par conséquent de bruit ) proposition de la réception : une paire de bouchon d oreilles …
Eau chaude difficile à régler … et odeur d égout qui remonte par les canalisations alors que nous étions au 7eme étage ! Cependant roof top magnifique avec une vue splendide pour voir les couchers de soleil et restaurant plutôt bon. Nous avions une excursion de prévue avec un départ à 04:30 du matin; pas possible de nous préparer un panier repas ni d annuler les petits déjeuners même en prévenant 2jours avant…

Good stay in Mexico City
Pros:

Location is great. You can go anywhere via metro or bus. Room was decent.

Cons:

There is a meditation corner(ground sitting setup) It is pretty dusty due to fluffy materials. Also if you want to take shower in early morning warm water takes 5-7 minutes.

Lindo na foto, Horrível na prática.
Pros:

Nada.

Cons:

Atendimento da recepção é péssimo. As fotos dos quartos não representam a realidade. A limpeza é inexistente. Um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei. Cuidado.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. Ook de bedden lagen goed. Met een 20 minuten wandeling kon je overal wel komen.

Cons:

Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt voor de gym en voor het dakterras. Beide waren toevallig deze week gesloten. Nadat we een paar keer instructies hadden gekregen over waar de gym was en wij het niet konden vinden, gaven ze aan dat het dus niet operationeel was. Vanwege de aardbeving. Een goede reden, maar het had anders gecommuniceerd kunnen worden.

A delightful stay. Lots of character
Pros:

Loved the suites. Everything had character and it was in a perfect location. Close to museums and other attractions but away from noise except the occasional siren. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Lighting needs to be better in the bathrooms and a few standing lamps wouldn’t go amiss. Occasionally a sewage smell from the drains in the bathroom.

Very clean, excellent breakfast. Dated bathrooms and location is out of the nicer areas

It’s very clean and the breakfast is very good. There’s coffee and tea making facilities in the bedroom.

Cons:

It’s noisy. You can hear everyone in the corridors.

The Downtown area that the hotel is based in (it’s not in Reforma despite the name) was very very busy over Christmas when I visited. There isn’t much around in terms of restaurants or places to go in the evening. It is super convenient to get into the centre so great for sightseeing if you only had a night or two

I plan on using this hotel on my next visit to Mexico City!
Pros:

Location is in the central historic district so easy walking distance to lots of things to see and do. Hotel restaurant was good, especially the buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a perfectly fine place. Served its purpose near where we wanted to be. Clean

Cons:

Roof top I felt was misrepresented. Noisy and smaller than I expected.
No character to the hotel. But I probably shouldn’t expect that
