The contactless check-in system was very straightforward and convenient. I could arrive and access my room without waiting at a reception desk, which saved time and made the whole process seamless. 
The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was functional, which made it a practical option for a short stay. I also liked the central location, it was easy to walk to public transport and explore the city’s main attractions. 
As a self-service place, there’s no full-time staff on site, so if you need extra help you might have to manage with the automated system or contact the support team. But for me, that was fine given the convenience and value.
I really liked the room. It's large and bright. There's a table and chair, a lamp, two small tables by the bed, even an extension cord. The bed is large, and the water pressure is very strong. There's coffee and cream in the capsule coffee machine. There's a sort of dining room and an outdoor dining area. There are tables and chairs in the courtyard for coffee and smoking.
The last employee I spoke with was very helpful, polite, and provided all the information quickly.
I asked if I could leave my backpack there, and they offered me early check-in. I told them I'd be arriving between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m., and we were at the hotel by 2:00 p.m. We didn’t have any access codes. After messaging support, they told me check-in was at 4:00 PM and to wait. I asked about storing my backpack; it turned out to be a storage room with towels and linens, and the backpacks were just lying around in the corner. There was no guarantee that someone else wouldn’t take your belongings. By the way, it’s written there that no one guarantees anything. After an hour-long argument with support and sending a screenshot of their own offer, they gave us all the codes and the room number. We got in at 3:15 p.m., meaning we waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes. There’s absolutely no staff at the hotel, but some woman was walking around and being annoying; early in the morning she was walking around and laughing so loudly that you could hear her on the 3rd floor. Someone spilled some kind of sweet drink or beer in the elevator, so we had to tiptoe along the edge of the elevator. And someone on the street just tossed a full ashtray right on the ground. It’s probably the guests’ fault rather than the hotel’s, but it was unpleasant.
Ma chambre était délabré, les portes des armoires ont disparu. Pas de table de chevet, ni de lampe. Le linge propre n’était pas propre il y avait du fond de teint sur la serviette de linge, et un fond de teint dans la douche. Comme si il y avait eu quelqu’un qui était passé par là. Le seul point positif c’est l’emplacement. Vraiment je suis extrêmement déçu de cet hôtel. On c’est fait trompé par des photos qui font rêvé.

La ducha, al estar adaptada, no era muy cómoda porque se mojaba todo el suelo del baño.
Fue fácil aparcar cerca, y el self-check-in facilita la posibilidad de entrada a cualquier hora.
Las almohadas son demasiado blandas.

Property was so messy with lots of electrical wires on the floor, curtains were tied like a knot. the main light was not working and only the sink light works and the room is so cold. Although single room but could have provided a 2nd pillow.
On rapport qualité / prix, bien situé.
