Rahat Icon Hotel

we are staying at Rehat Icon Hotel Belitung/ reddoorz plus Tanjung Pandan just one night because flight from Jakarta arrived at 6pm, and I think wort with facility, have minimarket at ground floor, restaurant and evalator.. bigger bed with family 1child..

Am not the best of writers so please person my mistakes. The hotel view is suiting to the eyes. The reception is nice. Fast internet connection. The bed is large and comforting. Who wooden look on kind of adds a special touch to the executive rooms. What a pleasurable experience

i booked deluxe room for three nights, the room was quite big. the hotel is at the 3rd floor, the first floor is convenience store, and no lift provided.

• AC, Water Heater worked superfine
• staffs are friendly, like even the hotel doesn't have their own laundry service, the staff would gladly help to make sure our laundry done in one day service.
• breakfast is nice, and since they don't have their own restaurant, the staffs will deliver breakfast to your room, you can choose the menu at the lobby
• lots of sockets to charge your devices
• run out of water? or need hot tea at night? dispenser, tea and sugar provided near by the lobby for free.

• no lift. and the lobby is on the third floor. good luck for carrying your baggages using the stairs
• the toiletries is decent but bring your own toiletries just in case.

It is located on top of a convenience shop. No lift but it is OK. Room is spacious with daily in-room breakfast service. Laundry is cheap. We soon discover that the location is strategic enough close to stores and eateries. All within walking distance. We rented a motorbike to go around Tanjung Pandan town. Traffic is so good.

This hotel at the first look from out side maybe will doubt us as a travelers but when you already check in than you can say this hotel is good.
The hotel is clean and water supply also good. Air condition works well so during day and night is cool.
Location wise is in the town center and near to some culinary place in Belitong.
Bottom line for me is I will go back here, specially they support what you need such as free bike and other transportation also not expensive.
The handicap only stairs but this will do some exercise when you go up and down.

This is my second time to come to Belitung so base my first experience no need spend much money for expensive hotel in Belitung because we'll spend almost daytime to go outside. So this hotel for me is enough. Reasonable price, clean, good service and located in city center so we did not have any problem to find some food at night. The problem is they don't have lift so you have to walk upstair to go to your room. Haha it's good exercise and don't worry about your luggage, they'll help you to take them to your room.

a friend convince us to stay in this hotel, that is clean, and modest. It sure it clean, or spotless i would say, with less visuals on gunk, wall cracks or dark spot. once inside the room, it is enjoyable. the hotel guest has to be fit to reach the room. it is in the third floor of a retail store. stairs is the only way to go up. if you are lucky you got someone to take your luggage. I had another friend whose knees are a problem, she was not able to go down until check out time. They are located close to a busy burstling intersection. it is within an easy distance to go for a restaurant, street shops or just to hang around. i did not have much time to explore. the feel of the town can be felt here. small streets, almost non existent pedestrian path, or but friendly locals and safe city that this town feels. the internet they use is iffy, i cannot connect the whole two nights i was there.

This is the only hotel that force us to exercise 😄. But we love this hotel. I went there with my family of 13 persons (10 adults and 3 kids). First we arrived here the owner was very helpful carried all our suitcases n bags to the 3rd floor, hell yeah we had to catch our breath first. The room was big and clean, bathroom was clean and good too. They upgrade our 4 rooms to 1 tier up from what we have booked. We had a complain about the ac not cold enough, and the other room don't have tv. And when we arrive from our trip,the had fix the ac and put the tv. Amazing service. The breakfast was good, delicious and perfect. We just hope that they could install the elevator like they promised that it will be COMING SOON 😄. Oh and be careful if you bring kids here, they have games station on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor they have supermarket and bakery store. This hotel also very very close to the main street, so it will be very easy for you to find place to eat n to shop. I will definetely recommend this hotel to our friends and family..

Our stay at Rahat Icon was very nice. The staff were very friendly, they could help you with motorcyle rent, boat rent and car rent to explore Belitung with a good price. Breakfast was ok, free fast internet and a very big room.

This hotel is in the center, so you just need to walk to go around the city nearby restaurant or shops.

I stayed in Tanjung Pandan for 2 nights in Super deluxe room. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hospitality was also very satisfying. The hotel offered breakfast menu in one night before so I could reserve my favorite meal as well.

This hotel is very good for its rate. Room is big (room 305), more than adequate and very satisfying facilities, very near to city center..Staffs are kind and very helpful. Breakfasts are quite simple but reasonably good. Internet are good, although there were few glitches occasionally. Bathroom is clean, but the drainage design was not so good (sinkhole near the entrance), you better close the door and turn the light and exhaust fan on all the time. It smell wet and damp a little bit. Overall things are good for that price.

what i like the most in this hotel is the spacious and clean room. We stayed for 2 nights in super deluxe room and booked this hotel from Agoda. Unlimited tea / coffee on their lobby area, i was too lazy to make / boil my own hot water from electric kettle in my room just for a cup of tea XD , so i prefer to make my hot tea from lobby area and bring it to my room :) . Not much choices for breakfast, but i like their yellow rice and fishball soup. Arcade area on 2nd floor which is good for fam with young childrens, minimarket on 1st floor. Just remember this hotel dont have lift, just stairs, and their hotel rooms on 3rd and 4th floor.

My first time went to Belitung with my bestie. One of my friend has chosen this hotel based on traveller's reviews. I requested smoking room and they provided very well and they were so nice. My room has a window so i can see the view from 3rd floor. Big room, plenty clean floor, good taste for the breakfast eventhough we only can choose for standard menu. Free for coffee and tea are unlimited. Has a minimarket at 1st fl and children' arcade at 2nd fl. located on down town tanjung pandan. I saw on receptionist desk that this hotel got appreciation from Booking.com and that smart promotion. Deserve to get more than 2 stars.

For the discerningly picky budget traveller such as myself, this hotel is a gold mine. Cheap, with matching bland decor, what this hotel lacks in pizazz, it more than makes up for in it's unique, accommodating atmosphere. The staff are wonderfully attentive and friendly - they allowed us to check in at 08:00, and arranged for transport to and from the airport, as well as a motorbike to rent. The hotel is located above a conveniently located convenience store on the ground floor, and an arcade on the first floor! Would most definitely stay again.

Very good service and very welcome to guest. Free rental of bicycle, near to down town and close to kuliner area,close to port of laskar pelangi and also near to museum of tanjung pandan.recomended for family and backpecker....

The Rahat Icon is an ideal base from which to explore Belitung. Our room was extremely comfortable and the service was excellent. Pack Handy went over and above in finding us a boat, bikes, a scooter, and catering to all of our room requests. Great for a short stay, as Tanjung Pandan itself does not have much to offer. we later stayed at a 4-star on the beach, and immediately regretted leaving the Rahat Icon. Western food is not available, but there are some good local options in Tanjung Pandan, eg Guang Zhou Seafood Restaurant, and by Tanjung Pendam Beach.

I stayed here for a weekend away to Belitung after reading great reviews on Tripadvisor. The hotel is in a good location, clean and modern. However the highlight here is the owner who went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. We hired a motorbike for the weekend (which he filled with fuel each day for us), organised a boat for island hopping, give restaurant recommendations, had maps of the island available and even sent us breakfast in bed when we had an early flight! The highlight of staying here is the care and attention the staff make to ensure you have a great time.

realy love this hotel,owner and staff very helpfull,before i stay in here i stay at aston but this hotels same like four star,any mini market in here so helping guess for need stuff i hope for breakfast you can give more variable menu.
but everything is oke..

Cleanliness, comfort, staff is just perfect! They did their best to meet all our requirements, phoned several times to organize our transfer to beaches and gave all kinds of recommendations.There are tea, coffee making facilities in the lobby.Breakfast is mostly cold, instant coffee, but yomy juices!
wifi is unstable
Bear in mind the beach in the town is awfull, you should travel to other beaches. In general there is nothing to do in the capital.

Best location downtown, many cafe & food stall near by. The GM & staffs will describe about the place you would like to visit. Mr. Handi is very humble. The room itself is clean, well maintain & have a big double bed. Hope the elevator will be ready soon, Handi. Recommended staying.
