Ein echtes Juwel, wir kommen immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Wir haben als Pärchen bereits zum zweiten Mal in Folge unseren Urlaub im Esmeralda Butik Hotel in Kizilot verbracht und das spricht eigentlich schon für sich. Nach unserem ersten Aufenthalt war für uns sofort klar, dass wir wiederkommen möchten. Auch dieses Jahr wurden unsere Erwartungen erneut übertroffen.
Das Besondere an diesem Hotel ist die familiäre Atmosphäre. Das Esmeralda wird von den Gastgebern persönlich geführt, was man in jedem Bereich spürt. Hier ist man keine Zimmernummer, sondern ein geschätzter Gast. Von der ersten Minute an fühlt man sich herzlich willkommen, aufgenommen und rundum gut betreut.
Wer eine Alternative zu den in der Türkei weit verbreiteten großen All-Inclusive-Resorts sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Statt Massentourismus erwarten einen Ruhe, Entspannung und persönlicher Service. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Ob die Zimmer, der Poolbereich oder die vielen kleinen Details auf dem Gelände, überall merkt man, wie viel Herzblut die Besitzer in ihr Hotel investieren.
Der Strand ist in etwa fünf Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und lädt zu entspannten Tagen am Meer ein. Wer zwischendurch etwas bummeln oder shoppen möchte, erreicht die Stadt Manavgat mit dem Dolmuş in ungefähr 20 Minuten.
Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist der an der Hauptstraße gelegene Melisa Market, der ebenfalls von den Besitzern betrieben wird. Der Markt ist hervorragend sortiert und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Direkt daneben befindet sich das Restaurant Esmeraldo Restaurant, in dem wir mehrfach gegessen haben. Jedes Gericht hat hervorragend geschmeckt, die Portionen waren großzügig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet.
Auch das Frühstück verdient ein besonderes Lob. Es ist frisch, lecker und bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag braucht. Keine überladene Auswahl, sondern genau die richtige Mischung aus Qualität und Vielfalt.

The owners were very nice
The room was clean and bright.
It had good storage
I think it would be lovely on a good day when the staff could help with any problems.

Cons:

No coathangers.
No television controller, that I could find.
Heating didn't work, as far as I tried.
No hot water for a shower
Only a blanket for top bedding and 2 bed covers.
I arrived in the dark in pouring rain and it was appropriate to try to find the owners to help.

Hatte eine entspannte Zeit! Konnte die Abendsonne vom Balkon aus untergehen sehen.
Pros:

Leckeres Frühstück, auch Berücksichtigung von extra Wünschen. Sympathische Gastgeberin.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war ziemlich kühl.

Sehr nette Gastgeber/ In! Olena, unsere Gastgeberin hat uns morgens und abends mit sehr guter lokaler Küche verwöhnt!
Alles sehr entspannt. Großes Dreibettzimmer mit guten Betten. Trotz der Nähe zur Schnellstraße nicht laut. Sehr gepflegte, kleine Anlage.

Cons:

Nichts zu kritisieren!
Vorschlag: Olena, pflanze mehr Blumen in die Anlage!

Awful!!

Absolute con artists!

Don’t fall for paying your food bill when you leave like I did they added extra stuff on my bill made me pay more because my 2 daugters stayed with me 1 night as they was at another hotel round the corner and I had to get them due to an emergency!

When I got there to check in no one was there I had to call a number the shop man from down the road came and showed me to my room who then asked me if I wanted to go to his shop with him then the next night asked me late at night if I’d like to go to the supermarket for a coffee (I was on my own at this point)
Then when my partner joined me after 5 days I started to leave the hotel more they didn’t like this as I wasn’t eaten in there restaurant anymore and they was very rude to me!!!
Room was cleaned once in 10 days

And for 5 days of eating barely anything I had a bill of 305€
Would never ever come back!!!

Lovely stay for a short visit
Pros:

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful!! Very welcoming! And even opened up the restaurant when we arrived on a later evening so we could eat!

Cons:

I picked a location closer to the lion park which was good however getting the mall or bus station was quite expensive for us as it was very far out! We also seemed to have a lot of mosquitoes which given we were surrounded by the forest was inevitable but it was quite uncomfortable having been bitten numerous times!

Все было здорово, все понравилось, за свою цену лучший вариант в районе.
Pros:

Отличный завтрак.
Очень приятная, отзывчивая и добрая управляющая.
Очень чистая территория, все ухоженно, чистый бассейн, удобные лежаки.
Встретили и заселили поздней ночью, что огромный плюс.

Cons:

Планировка комнаты не очень удачная (может именно нам попалась такая). И еще наличие холодильника и чайника улучшило бы комфорт.
