Pros:

Perfecte locatie voor een tussenstop bij Jakarta airport. Leuke rooftopbar en mooie ruime kamers. Wij hadden met balkon. Ideale haal en brengservice.

The housekeeping team was excellent and did a wonderful job cleaning the room. A special mention goes to Edwang from the housekeeping team — he was outstanding! He ensured the room was cleaned on time and met every expectation of what a guest would ideally want. His attention to detail and professionalism is truly appreciated. Thank You!

One of the Worst 4-Star Hotel Experiences in Jakarta

As a frequent global traveler who consistently stays in 4- and 5-star hotels, I can confidently say this was one of the most disappointing stays I've ever had — especially in Jakarta, where I’ve stayed at many exceptional properties.

Airport Pickup Chaos – The pickup service was poorly coordinated with no clear communication, leaving me stranded and stressed after a long international flight. The drop-off was smooth, but that’s not where a hotel should fail.

Terrible Check-in Experience – The reception felt more like a budget motel than a 4-star hotel. Special mention to Mrs. Patricia, who showed a complete lack of professionalism. I requested a quiet room, and she assigned me the noisiest room facing the main road, where it felt like I was literally sleeping on the street.

Poor Response from Management – I raised these concerns with Mr. Faisi, who offered nothing but a hollow “I apologize.” Despite asking, I was never connected to the manager or provided any contact to escalate the matter.

Disorganized Breakfast Service – While the buffet had variety, it lacked basic structure. The waffle station was left unmanned for a long time with no staff around to assist.

In summary: The stay was frustrating, noisy, and far below international hospitality standards. I strongly regret booking this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone seeking a true 4-star experience.
