위치
원래 다카마쓰 역 쪽에 있는 호텔로 예약하려다가 풀부킹이라 컴포트호텔로 예약하게 된 경우인데요. 막상 여행해보니 다카마쓰 역보다는 컴포트호텔이 여기저기 쇼핑이나 리스린공원 같이 돌아다니기에 훨씬 더 좋은 위치라 여기로 예약한게 오히려 너무 잘 된 일이라고 생각했어요

컨디션
2022년에 생긴 호텔이라더니 시설 컨디션이 대체로 깨끗하고 상태가 좋았어요

청결도
먼지가 좀 있기는 했지만 어느 호텔에 가든 있는 정도라 감안할 수준이고, 대체적으로 위생을 중시하는 편인 제가 느끼기에는 깔끔했습니다. 창문도 개방 가능해서 환기 시킬 수 있는 점 좋았어요

서비스
직원분들이 매우 친절하고, 체크인이나 체크아웃이 여러나라 언어 지원되는 키오스크 기계로 간편하게 할 수 있어 편리했습니다. 그리고 무료 조식도 무료라기에는 퀄이 괜찮은 수준이었어요!

快適でした。また利用したいです。
Pros:

朝食が種類も多く、とても美味しかったです。
スタッフのみなさんの気配りが素晴らしく、快適に過ごせました。立地も良かったです。
部屋もバスルームも十分な広さで、とてもキレイでした。

Cons:

チェックアウトの際、中層階の方はエレベーターが満員で乗れず、何度も待たされていました。

Pros:

We spent 5 nights here, using it as a base to visit a number of the Hachijuhachi temples, and it was ideal. Located close to the Kawaramachi-eki, a supermarket and konbini, and providing an excellent breakfast. The breakfast room is also open to guests during the day, making it an ideal spot for relaxing, reading or day planning. Both the room and bed were very comfortable, and the shower good. Highly recommended.

初めて宿泊したのですが施設の設備の説明や近くの食事できる店を地図をみながら説明してくれました。

Cons:

朝食でパンを焼こうと思ったのですがトースターが2台で結構人もいてなかなか焼けなかったこととどれくらい焼いたらいいのかわからず焼いたら焦げてしまったのでどれくらい焼けばいい具合になるかわかるようにしてもらえるととても嬉しいです。
あと家族4人で泊まったんですが部屋にスリッパが2人分（大人用）しかなかったので子供用のスリッパもあるととても助かります
