Pros:

地理位置很好，離商店街很近，搭市區bus也近，搭琴電電車，走個600公尺也還行，利木津巴士站也附近，所以便利性很好

Cons:

房間小了一點，可是沒辦法，日本房間普遍偏小，早餐不怎麼合胃口，差不多這樣

Best for Ritsurin
Pros:

Great location if you plan on visiting the Ritsurin Gardens. Room was very comfortable and clean for our group of 3. The complimentary breakfast was a good mix of Western and Asia fare.

Pros:

Nice staff ( was super helpful with luggage transfer). nice breakfast.

Cons:

One morning we had to leave 30 mins before official breakfast time (6:30) and asked in advance (day before) if they could give us some breakfast to go. It was denied.
Inconvenient pillows, blankets too warm.
