Exceptional hospitality and honesty!
Pros:

My stay at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur, was wonderful. The facilities, ambience, and exceptional service made it a place everyone can enjoy.

What stood out most was the staff’s honesty and care. I accidentally left my wallet, containing all my cards and cash, in my car when I handed it over for valet parking. It was only the next morning that I realised my wallet had been left in the car overnight. Naturally, I was worried, but the staff immediately reassured me. The valet driver promptly brought my car back, and my wallet was exactly where I had left it, with everything safe and untouched.

That experience meant a lot to me. Beyond the beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities, it is the people who make a stay memorable. My sincere appreciation to the valet team and the entire hotel staff for their integrity, professionalism, and warm hospitality.

This will be my first choice whenever I visit Guntur. Thank you for a truly memorable stay!
