Pros:

Everything we experienced was exceptional from the front desk personnel to the morning breakfast assistant. They all were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel & location.

Cons:

Pillows on the beds are not firm, but this is not just this hotel. Many other hotels that we stay at have the same problem.

Pros:

The rooms were really nice and spacious, the pool and outdoor hot tub were wonderful. Everything was very clean, I will definitely be staying here again in the future. The staff were also extremely nice.

Cons:

The only downfall I have, is the water pressure is very minimal in the showers.

Decent, clean.
Pros:

Bathroom was huge, room was nice, a bathtub! I always want a nice, big, clean tub, not just a shower. A bit on the pricey side.

Cons:

I hate shampoo/conditioner on the wall…..I take a bath and it’s really inconvenient.

We will be back.
Pros:

Staff were pleasant and helpful. They even upgraded us which was a nice surprise. The facilities were clean and the coffee and breakfast was great. Surrounding area was full of nice people and convenient shopping.
