Comfortable stay for a family of five.
Pros:

Great location not far from the station. Available parking for our hire car. Very clean. Washer/dryer with detergent was very useful. Coffee machine and pods were much appreciated. Lovely private onsen.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

The appartement is spacious and comfortable. We don’t mind walking, which made it at a comfortable distance from the train station(s) and restaurants.

Pros:

everything was fine not much space for individual everything. Everyone has to be packed together, especially family of six 3 for each room. The space was nicely designed, but there was cockroaches everywhere come out at night. I texted the property and no one make any actions about it or answer me.

若い子向け、８人で宿泊となれば、値段も施設も最高だと思います。
Pros:

施設は新しく清潔感もありました。
この値段で８人まで泊まれるのはかなりお得だと思います。いくつかのリクエストに応じてくださいました。助かりました。

Cons:

加湿器が使えませんでした。ホットプレートはもう焦げやすくなっていました。
人口温泉の温度がなかなか定まらず、お風呂は不便でした。また独立シャワー室がありますが、お風呂にはシャワーがないので、温泉に浸かってから、シャワー室で体、髪を洗う感じで、子連れには不便でした。

かねがね、快適に過ごせました。欲を言うと枕の種類（厚さ）をふやしてほしい
Pros:

広さの割にリーズナブルで家族4人で快適に過ごせた。立地もよく、日光駅周辺や中禅寺湖までアクセスがよかった。設備が新しくてきれいだった。

Cons:

壁が薄く、近隣の声が深夜に聞こえて起きてしまうことがあった。駐車場が泊めにくそうな場所もあった。枕が合わなくて寝心地はいまいちだった。

Muy buen hotel pero alejado de atracciones turísticas
Pros:

Las instalaciones son magníficas, súper espacioso, limpio, cómodo, muy bien equipado y la bañera de agua termal es ideal para relajarse!

Cons:

No hay personal y el proceso de self check-in con el iPad es un engorro. El hotel está ubicado en el otro extremo del pueblo, justo al lado contrario de las principales atracciones turísticas y no hay nada alrededor salvo un 7eleven que nos salvó la estancia. Quitando estos dos detalles todo lo demás nos encantó.

Bon établissement mais il faut se débrouiller seul.
Pros:

Appartement super propre, bien équipé. Bonne literie. Place de parking réservée par logement.

Cons:

Absence CV totale de personnel pour check in et check out. Tout se fait sur tablette.

Ottima casa per una notte
Pros:

La struttura aveva letteralmente tutto quello che può servire

Cons:

La posizione è comoda per la stazione, ma non è raggiunta dai taxi. Un po' freddina ma con il condizionatore si raggiungeva una temperatura perfetta
