Très sale et oppressant
Pros:

L’emplacement est bien si vous voulez vous rendre au port.

Cons:

Tout était sale, on ne pouvait pas ouvrir les fenêtres donc gros sentiment d’oppression. Beaucoup de tâches dans le lit, j’ai demandé à ce qu’on nous change de chambre tellement c’était dégoûtant et même en nous mettant dans une chambre « deluxe » c’était pas mieux. L’eau de la douche est soit gelé, soit brûlante. Vraiment niveau propreté tout est à revoir !

Wer ohne Ohrstöpsel schlafen kann ist hier richtig
Pros:

Das Hotel lag günstig in der Entfernung zum Hafen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Personal war freundlich, jedoch nur marginale Englisch-Kenntnisse, großes Problem mit der Verständigung.
Leider konnte ich kein Frühstück einnehmen, da ich um 2 Uhr morgens bereits wieder auschecken musste.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer lag im 2. Stock zur Straße, diese war wohl in der Nacht die Rennstrecke für alle Motorräder und extrem laut.
Der Aufzug bimmelte die ganze Nacht und ich habe mich gefühlt als sei ich an der Eingangstüre eine 7eleven-Marktes.
Das Personal spricht minimal Englisch und hat nicht verstanden, dass ich um 2 Uhr morgens abreisen wollte.. Der versprochene Weckruf wurde ebenfalls vergessen. :-((
Außerdem hatte ich einen check in für die Mittagszeit angefragt, welcher auch bestätigt wurde.. dann hätte es aber für 2 Stunden früher einchecken fast nochmal die Halbe Rate gekostet. Das Gepäck wurde allerdings aufbewahrt.

Bastante decepcionante
Pros:

La cama era cómoda y el aire acondicionado para dormir sin calor funciona bien.

Cons:

La habitación en sí estaba bastante sucia y además había hormigas en la cama. Las toallas del baño eran asquerosas (con bastantes manchas), se notaban que llevaban sin renovarlas bastante tiempo.
Además escribí numerosas veces al hotel antes de llegar y no obtuví respuesta en ningún momento.
Otra cosa es que se acabó el papel del baño y no tenían más. Me dieron servilletas.
Por último decir que en la habitación matamos unos 6 mosquitos al llegar y cada vez que salías, otra vez se metían mosquitos.
Quisimos pasar una noche más en la ciudad y finalmente cancelé mi reserva y reservé en otro sitio.

Pros:

Très bon petit hotel où j’ai été hébergé 3 fois Staff sympa. Chambre complète très propre tout comme la salle de bain ,eau chaude , bon lit et bon ac . Refill eau potable et ascenseur . Lobby agréable. A proximité il y a le Regina café , ouvert tljs, pas cher et choix de menus.

Ok stay for 1 night for transit
Pros:

easy access to pier to bunaken. staff was nice. easy to book on booking.com. cheap for 1 night.

Cons:

the room was dirty and had some stains on the bed. the floor and bathroom also a bit dirty. it was ok for 1 night so i didn't move hotels since it was paid for already. but next time i'd rather find another place.

Pros:

Reception staff have limited English and took almost an hour to check us in as they were unable to find our booking in the system despite presenting the Expedia booking confirmation to them. Bed sheets were stained and there is a club nearby which doesn’t stop making loud music so you don’t get any sleep

A standard hotel near the port in Manado, good for travellers passing through
Pros:

The hotel is near the port, which suited us (we were waiting for the boat to Bunaken). It is functional inside, with good wifi etc

Cons:

The staff are not very friendly and there is no breakfast option

Very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities. About 20-25 minute walk to the shops on the seafront. Hot and cold water dispenser on floor corridors. Very good value for money. No restaurant but near some cafes.

Cons:

No windows.
