The Trinity Hotel Taksim - Special Class

Great location..we came 4 days early for a cruise...hotel was modern and new interior...rooms were kinda small but adequate..... in Istanbul you stay in the room but shower and sleep..because there is so much to see and do...staff was very helpful...hotel is close to Taksim Square..can catch the on/off tour bus..lots places to eat and shop...would stay here again.

I like that the Hotel is on the center of touristic attraction, I like the roof top with big view of city, it’s clean, staff is friendly
The only odds is that room is very small for an American Citizen as we are used to spacious rooms, it is kind of squeezed

Very welcoming, Abdullah was excellent as was his English. Owner also friendly and helpful and willing to chat and explain some of the art on display.
Room was small but not cramped. Wifi worked well. Air conditioning worked well. Quiet street but very quick to Taksim square. Shower powerful and lots of hot water.
Roof terrace is a definite bonus with comfortable seating.

This was the first hotel that we stayed in during our Türkiye trip and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was cozy and clean and comfortable. The staff were very professional and friendly and were ready to assist at all times. When we checked out I forgot my iWatch in the room and Resole (the front desk attendant) caught up with our car to return my watch. I’m so very greatful for this above and beyond service. I’ll definitely choose to stay in this hotel again

Wonderful property with classic contemporary style near Taksim Square. What really distinguished this hotel was the exceptional service provided by its talented employees, especially Abdullah, an attentive, friendly yet highly skilled professional individual assisting with any request. My complicated schedule was made easy thanks to his positive disposition in helping arrange my multiple stays across 2-weeks coming in and out of Istanbul. Job well done (and with impeccable English)!

Stayed with family for one night. Very good location near Taksim square, walking distance to Galata port, Galata tower and Dolmabahce palace. Very clean hotel. The only inconvenience was that the rooms are very small, but I guess it’s very common for Istanbul hotels.

I had an amazing stay at Trinity Hotel Istanbul! Everything about the experience was excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly — a special shoutout to Abdullah, Rasul, Atta, Arsin, and Gooneh for making my stay feel like home.

The cleanliness of the hotel is truly top-notch, which is something I really value. The location couldn’t be better — right in Taksim, just off Istiklal Street, placing you at the heart of everything with easy access to transportation.

The air conditioning system was strong and reliable (which is rare to find in many places), and the beds were very comfortable. One of my favorite features was the rooftop terrace — the views of Istanbul from up there are simply breathtaking.

Overall, this is a hotel that really delivers on all fronts. I definitely recommend staying here — I’ll be back for sure!

The rooms are very small. Otherwise is ok.

The hotel was relatively clean and quiet, with a convenient location very close to Taksim Square. However, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially when compared to the level of hospitality we've received at other hotels in Istanbul.

There was no breakfast service provided, which was disappointing. The room itself was very small and lacked comfort in terms of both space and amenities. Additionally, we did not feel the warmth or attentiveness typically associated with Turkish hospitality.

On one occasion, due to the extremely hot weather, we kindly asked a housekeeping staff member for a small bottle of water. Rather than responding helpfully, they were skeptical and hesitant, appearing to argue amongst themselves about whether to give it to despite the obvious need. The issue was then unnecessarily escalated to the receptionist, who reacted unfavorably and told us, somewhat dismissively, “If you need anything, call reception directly.” This interaction left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued as guests.

Furthermore, the in-room amenities were minimal. Only one small sachet of Nescafé per person was provided, with no milk or whitener available. The cups were disposable cardboard, which is not ideal for enjoying hot beverages and does not align with the standard expected of a quality hotel.

Overall, while the location was excellent, the lack of basic services, limited amenities, and poor approach to guest care significantly impacted our stay. We hop

Staff tried to rip us off by continuously telling us we should get a taxi from them to get to the airport with a way higher price. We were able to easily use Uber after all the lies they said! Rooms are extremely small (to the extent of non-standard). The elevator was not working also…

The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from Istiklal Street with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—special thanks to Resul and Ersin for their great service throughout our stay.

The rooms are quite small, which is something to keep in mind, but they were clean and had working AC. The rooftop was a real highlight with amazing views of the city.

Overall, a great value for the location and service. We’d stay again!

The Trinity is located in Taksim 1&1/2 blocks from trolley line. Location perfect. Checkin was a breeze. English spoken is American dialect. They know service. Bar is a bit expensive but available. Elevator works! Room was tiny but well appointed. Quiet! Great value for the price! I will return.
