The beds were firm and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the pool was closed our whole stay. My kids were very disappointed.

Disappointed
Cons:

No maid service. We paid $633.00 and had no clean towels and bed was not made.

We were not informed of this at any point so surprised by the condition of the room when we returned in the evening.

We will not be back.

My stay was good but could have been greater.
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was good was hoping to see biscuits and gravy. But had the best omelets!

Cons:

My blanket on the bed looked like a bed skirt. It was like sewn in the corners where it would cover a box spring. I would have liked just a flat blanket. A big reason my rating is low was because the shower was cold. My sink water was hotter than my shower!! I actually shivered while taking a quick shower. 😞

Pros:

I love the way the hotel is decorated, very colorful. The rooms have pretty colors on the walls and carpet, which makes it homey. Many other hotels are just boring beige. And we could see the lake out our window.

Don't expect much
Pros:

No didn't like anything except the location

Cons:

I call and specifically asked about the heated pool. The gentleman said it was great and about 80 degrees. When I showed up 2 days later with my wife and 2 daughters, the pool was ice cold.
And when I asked about it the guy said..... Oops, guess the heater stopped working. Things happen, have a nice stay. I was also supposed to have a suite wil a separate bedroom... Nope, that didn't happen either.
