Everything was fine . Breakfast on rooftop is super
Lovely owners could not do enough for us! Breakfast was good! Views to die for! Rooms nice and clean. If we ever go back to that area would definitely stay there again!!
- Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety
- The view from the rooftop restaurant was stunning.
- The owner kindly gave us a lift into town twice because we didn’t have a vehicle.
- Distance from the centre, pier and restaurants is too far if you don’t have a vehicle, it was an unpleasant 40 minute walk with no pavement, and the buses were unreliable.
- Upon arrival, we were offered a room with a very strong cigarette odour. When we asked to change the room, the receptionist said they were full up and that there were no other rooms. After insisting, we were told to wait while they prepared another room for us, which took 40 minutes. The new room was supposedly an upgrade, but unfortunately there was a strong unbearable smell from the plumbing that got worse with time, but since we were only staying one night and they were fully booked, we decided not to raise the issue.
- We were not informed that there is a restaurant with a beautiful view, so we did not get to utilise this until the breakfast on the day we were leaving.
- The staff did not seem professionally trained, for example, we were asked several times if we paid for the room.
the hotel is conveniently situated approximately 850 meters from Ardic Beach, with easy access to dolmuş and public transport. Additionally, it is just a 10-minute drive from various restaurants and coffee shops in Mordogan Sikele.
The apartment we booked through Booking.com was described as follows: "Bedroom 1: 1 single bed, 1 large double bed. Bedroom 2: 1 large double bed. Living room: sofa bed. Spacious apartment offers air conditioning, an electric kettle, and terrace. Facilities: air conditioning, terrace, and balcony."
When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a smaller room than expected. It had two double rooms, no sofa bed, and no terrace. The bedrooms only had half of the curtains, making the room even hotter in the July heat. The second bedroom lacked air conditioning, making it difficult for the children to sleep. There was no wardrobe or cupboard in the rooms. The room was located next to the hotel kitchen upstairs, so we woke up to the smell of burnt oil at 8 am every morning.
We booked an aparthotel to cook our own dinners, but the kitchen had no cutlery or cooking utensils—only 2 cups, 4 small Turkish tea cups, and 2 tea bags. There were no supplies for washing dishes. The room had no water, tea, or coffee. Although the fridge was working, it was filled with the hotel's food, mostly frozen fish. Additionally, one of the shower heads in the bathroom was not working, and there was not enough toilet paper; we had to search for toilet paper ourselves.
We stayed for 4 nights, but no one came to clean our rooms or change the towels.
The manager/owner of the hotel, Murat, was not professional. While he tried to be helpful by calling taxis for us and ensuring the dolmuş would stop at the hotel, he treated the staff poorly, which affected their morale. The hotel was run chaotically. However, the chef worked hard to ensure we all had a good breakfast at the open buffet.
The Booking.com price was 450.36 euros (approximately £378.00) for 4 nights, but we were charged £393.03 (approximately 468.27 euros).
The rooms were spacious, light & with a great sea view. The bed was the most comfy bed I have ever slept on, & the pillows were fab. The air conditioning unit was extremely quiet. Great shower. Breakfast was on a roof terrace 🤗
There’s nothing I didn’t like.
Excellent price/performance ratio, friendly staff, good service, great hospitality.
Everything was great.

We booked a room for 3 , we got a room with a garden view at the first floor when we checked in the room was looking okay, but the (entrance) door of our room was broken the staff didnt take the initiative to fix it asap, they just said that they couldnt fix it cos of their holiday? And we got a lots of insects in our room. We were with three person and got 1 mini bottle shampoo. We asked for some more and they gave just hair conditioner. So I dont recommend this hotel. Very expensive for the price and quality.
The room had a fantastic view and the hotel is a 5 minute drive to the nearest town.
The foyer had tables with coffee stains on which where still there 5 days after arrival The room hadn't been cleaned, the cupboard had dirty marks on the doors. There were spiderwebs and spiders in three corners of the room. Going by the amount of visible debris, the space under the bed hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in months. There were chunks of plaster missing from some ares of the walls. There was a dirty brown smudge on the ceiling above the bed. The mirror had a suspicious green glob of something stuck on it. The wooden shelf below the TV had broken away from the wall and was hanging loose. The bed sheets although clean, had what seemed like blood stains on them. The bathroom bin with used toilet paper was serviced not once in the 5 days we were there. The mixer on the shower was broken but as a handyman, it took me 3 minutes to repair. The elevator made a worrying steel on steel grinding sound when in operation. The stairwell had no natural light and some of the floor level lights were not operational. The highly polished stairs had no anti slip strips so walking on them was slow going. There were three staff members, two of whom couldn't have been more disinterested. This hotel has great potential but without attending to obvious shortcommings, summer 2024 for this hotel will see many vacancies.
Great view from the roof terrace and from some of the apartments.
Although the hotel looks recently renovated/built, employees care little about the cleanliness of both apartments and public spaces.
The set of towels may not be complete and the employee shrugs his shoulders at the request to issue the missing towels. Shrugging is a favorite reaction to many requests from guests. Some employees in general should not look for themselves in the hospitality industry, as they look at guests dismissive. That sucks.
You definitely need a car if you want to stay here. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. The road to the beach takes 10-15 minutes on foot from the mountain, which you will have to climb later. There is no shuttle bus available, which is referred to in the description on the Booking. And public transport runs outside of any schedule and very rarely.
Wi-Fi is slow and sometimes doesn't work at all.
Meager breakfasts. Some dishes are not available within 30 minutes after the start.
Staff very kind and helpful if you request anything they are there food was nice
Nothing

We booked a room through Booking, not happy with the price the owner was aggressive and asked us to add 53€ to the initial price. The hotel chooses the prices on Booking, so HE'S SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for this error.
We didn't have the reserved room. The other room was dirty, the elevator didn't work and the breakfast was empty!
The location of the hotel is totally misleading, it's far from Karaburun!
Nothing justifies the price of 100€ per room for a hotel in the middle of nowhere, with such poor services !
Shame on the owner
The view from the restaurant is breathtaking.
had 3x room moves. Nothing works in the hotel.
The shower head, the hand shower, water pressure, no hot water. Rooms aren’t clean, elevator is unsafe, breakfast is poor. The outside view of the hotel is the complete opposite of the actual inside.
close to sea , breakfast and breakfast area view , quite area
There should be mosquito nets on the windows.
Views, quite located.
