Very stylish rooms. Staff were super friendly. Beds were very comfy.

Loved the location in between the Strip and Downtown on the edge of the Arts District. A whole different vibe!

It’s a calm, clean hotel my room was beautiful they offer some coffee which I enjoyed they also gave money for my breakfast and lunch.

The best staff! You are greeted whenever you enter the hotel. I was there for five days in a work trip, and I never failed to get a “welcome back” at the end of the day. I do wish there was space in the bathroom to place toiletries. I also find it hard to believe that there have been no mishaps with that stool on wheels; maybe a mat under it would be a good idea. Rooms are kept very clean.

Perfect stay in Las Vegas if you want to have not a typical Vegas “hotel + smoking casino” type of experience. The hotel is quiet, clean, feels new yet thoughtful. I definitely enjoyed the restaurant in the next building. The neighborhood is also great for vintage shopping lovers— almost all of interesting antique stores are in a walking distance from the place, which is a rare thing for Vegas. My stay included Friday, so I witnessed a big street market in front of the accommodation— it was great to experience a different side of Las Vegas.

It was a good property with a nice restaurant but overall needed a little cleaning and fixing. I asked to not be on the ground floor because the area wasn't the safest and they said that because I booked with expedia that they couldn't change my room. The chain lock on the sliding door was broken (and quite frankly you could get in and out even with it on), the door to the room was really heavy and slam shut it you didn't hold it the whole time, there was a dirty washcloth on the patio chair, the sink didn't drain. All little things but overall made it not as nice an experience.
On the plus side, the restaurant was nice and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

The food options were very convenient and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the room was as well during my stay.

Amazing hotel, love that it’s far from the Vegas strip but close enough to get there. The perks and credits for the restaurant were great. The pool was amazing and well taken care of. I will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel! I would definitely stay there again.

The TV and phone did not work due to a storm 3 days prior. I don’t know how long it took to fix as we had to leave for dinner res. They were fixed when we got be 3 hours later.
There was poop unflushed in the toilet when we arrived at our room.
I had asked for a Mountain View but got a view of the pool and restaurant.
The hotel is nice and rooms are very small but comfortable. There is lots of water available 24/7 and good coffee in the a.m.
The Pepper Club reston site is excellent

Quiet location

The hotel was very well equipped, clean, comfortable and well decorated. The room and the bathroom had everything we needed and look very nice.
