I would recommend it as a place for business travellers, not so good for holiday stays.
Pros:

No complaints, a huge range of food types

Cons:

The room was a bit small for two people and only one chair. My 97 year old dad said there should have been more places to sit down in the long corridors.

convenient location. Quiet, even though next to M5.

Cons:

A coffee machine in room would have welcome, instead of Nescafe sachets. Also a bottle of water.

Pros:

Room was nice n warm n clean

Cons:

There was some foul smell coming from the bathroom n shower hose was leaking most of the water so couldn't shower properly. No WiFi signal at all

Pros:

We thought all the staff we met were kind, friendly & happy. Breakfast was excellent. Bar staff took care of us very well.

Cons:

Zero complaints, everything was top notch.

Pros:

Great stay great location lovely breakfast

Cons:

I would have lovely to get room service in the evening as travelling alone but not offered I did have a nice bar meal which was quick instead

Pros:

Had Suite and its a great size ...Kids lived they had their own section and TV
Lovely bars and restaurant-Food is excellent in The View but not for the Budget conscious.
Staff very pleasant and helpful

Cons:

Lady on reception was very over the top in front of us .
My son went to reception and was completely ignored by her after we can't do enough for you performance on arrival.....But everyone else were lovely and genuinely attentive.

Lovely hotel but disappointing food quality
Pros:

Beautiful room and top floor restaurant

Cons:

Quality of food was really poor considering 4star hotel. Cheese board dried up and very old, chips had been cooked and refried more than once.

Great hotel especially as its location made attending the Chiefs game so easy
