Spotless , handy location
No sleep timer on the TV, no bottled water in the room. Yes there is refill stations but that's a hassle.
Welcome, size and quality of rooms, and particularly, stopped charging for parking spaces, seriously that’s wonderful. 👏👏👏
Bigger mugs for tea and coffee in the rooms, like an egg cup!
Super nice and comfortable room. All clean and nice view from your room to the open field.
Staff good
Lots of good parking
Comfortable bed
Easy check in
Frosted glass bathroom. Using in the night light the whole room so disturbs sleep
Badly hund TV kept freezing on programs
Only 2 milks, but 4 coffees and 2 teas ?
Breakfast options very limited, with hot food not actually hot. Continental option the smallest selection possible
Stained seats, let your imagination work that out !!!!
Not a pleasant breakfast experience !!! If this is the standard of food well ......... ??
Check out ok, but unable to get a receipt as to the terminal not working on the printer.
We've stayed in other Marriott hotels and this one was an absolute let down.
Great location, friendly staff. Spacious room and plenty of parking.
Nothing
Quiet comfortable room , Good breakfast, staff friendly and helpful.
Lovely modern hotel in great location.
Good room. Nice gym. Convenient location. Good parking. Good price.
Breakfast was a bit oily, especially the eggs.
Spacious dining room with interesting vistas, including out towards Exmouth (hence the name "The View"!). Parking in the adjacent Exeter Chiefs car park convenient and complimentary. Clean, comfortable bedroom with responsive temperature control. Cheerful and very helpful staff everywhere. Ideal lodgings for an early flight from Exeter Airport though the route there is a bit tortuous.
Some of the buffet breakfast food could have been hotter. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room but only a measly TWO milks provided. However, when I asked Reception for a few more I was given an armful (about a dozen!). One postcode for the Satnav took us to the staff car park right by the hotel, literally yards from the hotel entrance via a walkway, entailing a lengthy journey to get back to the Sandy Lane car park near the rugby stadium. EX2 7NN takes you to the correct car park but look out for where the hotel is situated (to the right of the rugby ground or you might be inveigled like us into a barriered parking area to the rear. It's obvious when you know how.
Location is amazing and hotel is very new modern and comfortable and the staff are always welcoming
The roof top bar and facilities
Location ideal for what we did.
Beds weren’t made on arrival. No pillows or enough towels. Booking was for 3 people.
Close to where I needed to be
The windows didn’t open
The breakfast was ok, the sausages were great, the fruit salad bowl was left under the hot lamps on the counter so the fruit was warm a had a fermented taste. It was also disappointing that I could not order poached eggs
A little more variety of pastries would be appreciated
