Do not believe the good reviews..this hotel is horrendous
Cons:

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The reception staff were indifferent and unwelcoming. The first room we were allocated was filthy..heavily stained bedstead, headboard and sofa. No bulbs in any of the lamps and dodgy wires poking out of cupboards. Major decoration abd repairs were taking place in the corridor.
When we asked for an alternative room we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable. After a 10 minute wait what we assumed to be a senior manager agreed to allocate a different room.. this was slightly better and although not as dirty still needed a deep clean..the wardrobe was filled with dirty towels and the mirrored ceiling above the bed was not particularly appropriate..we are a British retired couple in our 60s but decided to make do with this room.

The restaurant staff were no better. The same indifference and we waited so long for our drinks we had finished our meal. We did not use the restaurant again.

The rooftop pool was practically green and full of leaves and insects so quite unusable.

Overall a most unpleasant experience

Okay for the money
Pros:

The hotel was located nearby to some shops, a pharmacy and restaurants, where food could be brought relatively cheaply. There were also smaller places nearby to eat and a restaurant in the facility..

The room was sizeable and clean. It was about 35mins from the airport, and in traffic, about 2 hrs from New Delhi (noting traffic was really bad).

Overall the room was good, and we were in close proximity to being able to wander and browse.

Cons:

Pool cold and not really usable.
Room was far from reception, difficult for older people with mobility issues.
Whole complex appeared quite tired, and is mixed use - conference centre, hotel, living.
Kettle gave out free electric shocks, balcony door didn't lock, no seating on balcony.
