I like balcony,room was good,but washroom was really tiny...... overall it was okay.

There was a staff I dint know that lady's name but doesn't wear uniform and seems really cold,I went to this property post making the reservation via booking.com,just to check the room I booked when I asked for show around she bluntly said no,even I told her I do have reservation,2nd day I called first and then went again that lady ignored me when I asked for room show around,then another lady came and I informed her the same then that lady arranged a room and sent a person along to show around,i recalled a staff called prince he was kind,F&B staff was also good and did quick service.but that lady was really rude and I never go to this property after the experience I had with her

Do not believe the good reviews..this hotel is horrendous
Cons:

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The reception staff were indifferent and unwelcoming. The first room we were allocated was filthy..heavily stained bedstead, headboard and sofa. No bulbs in any of the lamps and dodgy wires poking out of cupboards. Major decoration abd repairs were taking place in the corridor.
When we asked for an alternative room we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable. After a 10 minute wait what we assumed to be a senior manager agreed to allocate a different room.. this was slightly better and although not as dirty still needed a deep clean..the wardrobe was filled with dirty towels and the mirrored ceiling above the bed was not particularly appropriate..we are a British retired couple in our 60s but decided to make do with this room.

The restaurant staff were no better. The same indifference and we waited so long for our drinks we had finished our meal. We did not use the restaurant again.

The rooftop pool was practically green and full of leaves and insects so quite unusable.

Overall a most unpleasant experience
