Everything about my stay was exceptional from start to finish. I booked last minute through Booking.com and was warmly welcomed by Farah at check-in, who was incredibly kind, professional, and even upgraded me to a better view. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed, with a lovely ambiance from the moment you step into the lobby.

What truly made this stay unforgettable was the level of service. Nermine was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible experience, from securing me a beautiful top-floor suite to her generosity and attention to detail throughout my stay. The breakfast was also a highlight; I loved that it was à la carte rather than a buffet, with fresh, high-quality food and great coffee. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing I would fault about this stay. If anything, the experience has set such a high standard that it makes other hotels feel lacking in comparison.

Pros:

My experience at the hotel was excellent from the moment I arrived. I truly felt the full five-star hotel experience in every aspect, from the quality, cleanliness, and comfort to the overall atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and provided very elegant service throughout my stay.

The location is also excellent, as the hotel is just a few steps away from Dubai Mall and the Downtown Dubai area, which made everything very convenient and enjoyable.

The only note I would suggest for improvement is the food menu, as I felt there was not enough variety to match the high standard of this wonderful hotel.
