Bad service noisy hotel I don’t recommend

They gave me wrong room not the same i booked , very noisy I couldn’t not sleep from the sounds of the cars out side and they put me in conected room they were screaming until 4 am I couldn’t sleep in the valintine day i came to celebrate they gave my cake to another room they mistake!! The staff not professional at all I don’t recommend for any one

Pros:

The location was excellent and the lobby was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the pool was amazing!

Cons:

However, the room was very cold (18 degrees), and when we opened the balcony to warm it up, it became very humid. Also, the bathrobe was not clean from the beginning. The shower water was not hot enough, although the water in the bathtub was fine.
