Excellent hotel and staff, disappointing breakfast.
Pros:

An excellent hotel in a very convenient location, with an impressive building. The staff were brilliant: friendly, accommodating and consistently helpful. We couldn’t fault their service.

Cons:

The breakfast was a major disappointment and felt completely out of keeping with the quality of the hotel. The unusual set-menu arrangement offered food that tasted cheap and underwhelming, especially compared with the excellent breakfasts available in the mall across the road.

One muffin had such a strong fish-like taste that we left it uneaten. When we queried it, we were told it was apple and cinnamon, and the staff member said she would inform the chef. Whatever the cause, it was very unpleasant.

For a hotel of this standard, we expected much better quality and freshness at breakfast.

A wonderful and memorable stay with exceptional service and attention to detail!

The room setup was beautifully arranged and exceeded our expectations. I really appreciated how quickly everything was organized despite the short notice. Special thanks to Nermin for her excellent communication and support. The staff were very flexible, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.

Cons:

The hotel was amazing, and we had a fantastic time. We renewed our reservation twice, even though we had planned to stay at three different hotels during our stay in Dubai. We loved the hotel so much, and the service was wonderful, that we extended our reservation for another three nights. The day after we checked out, we were shocked to find the hotel calling us more than once! They told us that there were missing towels from the room and that the hairdryer wasn't there, even though there wasn't one in the room during our stay, and I had my own hairdryer that I brought from my country. If you have no shame, do as you please! So, we're supposed to carry towels as extra baggage from Dubai to our country at the airport?! And then we're supposed to steal a hairdryer that costs a few dinars?! My husband and I were stunned by the calls, and of course, we won't even consider staying at that hotel again! We're extremely upset and shocked by the treatment and the rudeness! It was the height of rudeness.
