Good value, great staff, good location for shopping!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. We checked in and got a room that had an odd smell (I suspect the weather being hot and humid, it is hard to avoid that). We mentioned this, and we were immediately moved to a room with a great view that was fresh and very clean. The breakfast food was excellent (especially the egg station). The location was great for getting to the Dubai Mall, just a short walk away.

Cons:

The breakfast food was excellent but the area quite dark with lots of tables in quite close proximity to each other. The pool was not as nice as I had hoped, and closed earlier than other places I have stayed. but again the staff were very attentive and helpful, bringing us snacks and beverages quickly.

وخدمة موظفين الاستقبال كانت ممتازه ماشاءالله الاخت اللي بالاستقبال كانت جدا بشوشه ومتعاونه 🌺

Cons:

نظام الافطار كان شبيه بالكوفيات والمطاعم
وكان افطارنا مدفوع القائمه محدوده باشياء خفيفه جدا لاتمثل الافطار بالغالب
غير عن كذا اذا طلبت صنف زياده يقولك لا لك فقط صنفين

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and organized. The location was excellent and very convenient, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise from the cars and traffic outside, which made it very difficult for us to sleep. Even though we were staying on a high floor, the street noise was still very loud and clear. It seems that the windows are not properly soundproofed, as we could hear almost everything happening outside. the AC was very hot

Me encantó toda la estética del hotel, lo cuidado y limpio ir está. Las calidades de los materiales, el desayuno, el bar de la piscina. También el gimnasio.

Cons:

Lo único que el restaurante asiático estaba cerrado por reformas y no pudimos probarlo.
Y que no tiene un spa amplio, solo sauna seca y húmeda.
