Vieze bedden, geluid van auto’s komt in de kamers. Iets wat kapot ging in de nacht waar al een barst in zat en verder scheurde houden ze mij verantwoordelijk voor een tafel die amper 200 usd kost en ik niet eens heb aangeraakt sturen ze mijn een rekening van voor 700 usd helemaal gestoord

Nice hotel, but I would advise guests to be cautious with the travel company they recommend

The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and well located. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall stay at the property was pleasant.

Cons:

The hotel itself was nice and the staff were friendly and professional. However, I had a very stressful experience with a travel company recommended through the hotel. I was charged 6,000 AED for transportation that was supposed to take me all the way to my hotel in Muscat, but I was only taken to the Oman border in a very basic and poorly maintained SUV. At the border I was given 500 AED in cash and asked to continue the rest of the journey with another vehicle. In practice, this meant I paid about 5,500 AED just for the approximately 1 hour short journey to the border.

At first the hotel did not get very involved in the situation. However, later the General Manager, Mr. Emil, personally followed up and tried to assist in resolving the issue. With his help, I was able to receive a total refund of 2,500 AED from the travel company.

Overall the hotel itself was pleasant, but I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious when dealing with third-party travel companies recommended through the hotel.
