Modern clean Hotel with everything you need.
Pros:

Fresh, modern and clean. Good location.

Cons:

I booked three rooms for our party of six for two nights and Langlands charged the credit card 24hrs prior to arrival. I was not happy and questioned this, as it removed our ability to pay without incurring the 2% credit card surcharge. On three rooms you can imagine that wasn’t a small amount of surcharge. Was advised by reception staff “it’s hotel policy”. Your policy is then confusing as “payment policy” does not say it will be charged prior, “Cancellation, booking modifications and no show policy” does
say ‘can charge prior’ however we did not make any modifications. So not a great first impression.

Lovely place to stay but a shame all the restaurants weren't open on the nights we were there

Lovely place to stay in a good location, with nice restaurants on site.

Cons:

We stayed on a Sunday and Monday night, we were disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn't open on either of these nights.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location
Pros:

Great location, beautifully appointed and furnished very stylishly.

Cons:

The pillows were just too firm. All six pillows in the room were the same. It would be good to have some soft ones.
