Better than expected and therefore we will be back again.
Pros:

Size of the room and bathroom, was great, giving it a more luxurious feel.

Cons:

I would suggest that the shower requires more water pressure, it was very underwhelming.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was excellent.
Pros:

The breakfast choices were delicious and everything was perfect. The staff were wonderful; they were always helpful, cheerful, polite, nothing was too much trouble. They made our stay enjoyable and easy.

Very nice hotel, still has that new feeling about it.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and room. Staff were excellent throughout the hotel.

Cons:

Charging for a carpark. It's Invercargill not Auckland Central. $40 for two nights. This one thing is enough to put me off staying there again.

Had a lovely stay and the bars in the hotel are great and plenty to choose from

Bang in the middle of the city and opposite Euna restaurant which we dined and and is a must if you want to experience something different.
