Pros:

The view at the top .

Cons:

1. When I arrived the reception went through my booking and gave me my cards . I wasn't told what floor I was going to.
2. Never asked if I needed parking ao when I asked about it I was told a $20 fee.
3. When I went back to my room I couldn't even get you tube or Netflix without having an account . Luckily I did on my phone..
Small rooms.
City view from my room was rusted roofs.
Apparently at the Grand Hotel is for homeless people which is right across the road.
So dont go out at night.
Overall I was looking forward to a lovely place to stay and was very dissatisfied.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in but the noise killed us!!
Pros:

Great quality rooms. Cafe down stairs was great.

Cons:

It is near a night club & main street where hoons like to show off how loud they can be. We couldn’t sleep for hours due to the constant noise.

If you want to stay at a first class hotel in Invercargill, this is the place.
Pros:

This is the best accommodation we have had in Invercargill, the staff were awesome and the service was first class. The room was exceptional and clean and tidy. Will definitely come back.

Heartland Hotel did, as far as we were concerned, excellently.
Pros:

Very high standards were notable everywhere. Staff at the front desk were very pleasant and efficient. Housekeeping staff were also very efficient and helpful. Cafe staff were also excellent and so were the porters.

We would have liked to stay a few more days

Excellent stay. Will be my go to stay in Invercargill

Clean good location. Rooms was well appointed.

Little bits like the tap comes off. No hanging for towels even though they practice green non washing

A fabulous weekend.
Pros:

Very central, comfortable bed, excellent staff and great food and drink options. Loved the roof top bar- brilliant service and atmosphere. Parking service was also very good.
