Did not want to leave
Pros:

As soon as we walked through the door we were welcomed by the staff with a smile and a friendly hello. Even the cleaning staff would say hello I'm the morning, it was so lovely to experience this.

Excellent hotel in Invercargill with outstanding customer service
Pros:

Good location in the heart of Invercargill. Plenty of onsite places to eat and drink. Reception extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and modern with beautiful bathroom and shower. Our room looked out on to the hotel carpark and it was very quiet. The whole offer was very good value for money

Cons:

I just wonder if it is really necessary to charge for parking.

Everything. This was a last minute booking, didn't know what to expect and we were both impressed with everything. Room and bathroom very spacious and very clean, bed comfortable. Spent a couple of hours in 360 for drinks and a platter, excellent value, and a tea and pastry in the bakery for breakfast.
Overall, great experience.

A great stay in a lovely hotel
Pros:

Super clean and modern. Rooftop bar was a great spot - especially to watch the sunset
Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel twice. The first time ended up in a room overlooking the main road. We stayed on a weekend so the road noise from boy racers was very loud and went on for much of the night. The next time we stayed however we had a room away from this road and it was very peaceful.

The staff will do anything to make your stay comfortable. They are pleasant and very accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of everything yoi might need. The rooms are very well appointed. Highly recommend this hotel.
