A beautiful hotel with a gorgeous rooftop bar.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are super comfy, as are the pillows. We love the location of this hotel; a short walk to Starbucks and Invercargill Central (shopping), 50 metres from a 24 hour convenience store. A 10 minute walk to Queens Park. The hotel feels very boutique. The staff are very friendly, especially in the cafe below - that serves the most delicious breakfast, and house keeping are lovely too. This was our second stay here. We love it. The 360 rooftop bar is beautiful - amazing food and great service.

Cons:

Both times I thought the check out time of 10am is too early. Most hotels have a check out time of 11am.
I almost always ask for a late check out (12pm) and hotels happily give this. This hotel will let you extend to 11am, but not beyond. Despite low occupancy at the time. I was even happy to pay extra to check out at 12pm, but it was a clear 'no'.

Nice room, nice bathroom, comfy bed

Cons:

Brew'd's system didn't register our order via the website so we sat there for 25mins waiting for nothing. The staff didn't approach us once to confirm if we put our order in, I said yes. They didn't check if it went through to their computer. Only got the order going when I stood up and asked them if our order went through. They were nice enough and applogised profusely, but I would've appreciated if they offered something to compensate our lost time.

Awesome experience.
Pros:

Wonderful staff, and extremely helpful. The room was outstanding and the beds excellent. The associated cafe was great with 360 being the place to go for a quiet drink. Can’t fault the place. Definitely the go too place if staying in Invercargill.

Love it and we will be back for sure
Pros:

We always love staying here the beds are so comfortable and everything is lovely and clean with plenty of towels which is always a bonus. The location and off-street parking are so convenient.
