Pros:

The hotel is in a great location close to everything. The staff are very kind, friendly and always willing to help. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the pleasant atmosphere. The room was cleaned every day, which I really appreciated. I had a wonderful stay here and I would definitely come back again. Thank you! :)

Pros:

locatia excelenta,linistita,mic dejun ok ar putea sa mai adauge si alte mancaruri diversificate

Cons:

probleme de rezolvat la baie,dusul e stricat si trebuie schimbat urgent,din cauza lui se face apa pe jos chiar daca au cabina de dus

Super séjour surtout l’endroit ,avec le transport en commun à côté qui facilite les déplacements
Pros:

Surtout la priorité et la gentillesse du personnel sauf celle de la cuisine qui nous a accusé de monter des aliments de petit déjeuner dans la chambre.

Incredible 6-day stay Best staff ever!
We stayed at Hotel La Sera for 6 days, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is wonderful, but the personnel truly made our trip special. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and helpful.
​I especially want to highlight Abbas, who provided world-class service throughout our entire stay. Management, take note he truly deserves a raise! Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable vacation. We can’t wait to come back.

Cons:

La climatisation est fournie selon l'hôtel !! Le Wi-Fi est coupé à partir d'une certaine heure.
La chambre est très petite et le lit également.

Na kilka dni idealny
Pros:

Czysto. Pokój w miarę duży w porównaniu z innymi w tej cenie. Dość blisko do metra czy parku nad Bosforem. Blisko sklepików i około 30-40 minut pieszo do Błękitnego Meczetu. Dobre śniadania.

Cons:

Niektóre rzeczy są już dość zużyte. Spod brodzika prysznica cieknie woda, więc po kąpieli łazienka jest mokra. Materac łóżka był zbyt twardy.
