La struttura rispecchia sicuramente la tipicità architettonica della Costa Smeralda, piacevole immersione nel verde, ampi spazi dell alloggio, riservatezza e vicinanza alla spiaggia di Liscia di Vacca.

Cons:

Lascia un po desiderare la manutenzione interna degli alloggi, piccoli dettagli che nel complesso possono essere risolti con un maggior occhio. Peccato perché la struttura vale 4 stelle ma la cura della manutenzione ordinaria abbassa il reale percepito.

Apartamento espaçoso com linda vista e ótima localização!
Pros:

Apartamento espaçoso com linda vista! Com uma cozinha compacta, com tudo que precisamos. Fica em um "condomínio" muito tranquilo, com uma pequena piscina ao centro. Muito próximo a Porto Cervo e Baia Sardinia (8-10 mins de carro). Agata - recepcionista - foi muito atenciosa no checkin e simpática conosco.
Ao descer a rua a pé, em menos de 5 mins, tem uma praia pequena e muito tranquila!
Mercados e farmácia também super perto.

Cons:

As camas possuam apenas 1 travesseiro por pessoa (sem a possibilidade de pedir mais) e o colchão - para o nosso padrão - era um pouco mole. Importante dizer que o apto era no 2o andar e para ir ao lixo era necessário subir e descer um bom lance de escadas (não foi um problema para nós mas acho importante saber)

Preis/Leistung stimmt, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Wir waren in den Herbstferien Ense Oktober in der Anlage. Es war das erste Mal Sardinien für uns. Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und unser Appartement war geräumig, sauber und ruhig. Wir waren aber auch gefühlt die Einzigen in unserem Bereich. Das Bad war relativ neu und die Lage sehr gut. Parkplatz fast vor der Tür. Es gab auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheständer.

Der Ausblick war auch sehr schon. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung ist dürftig, aber wir kamen zurecht. Man kann ja auch günstig auswärts essen. Aber ein paar Müslischalen, Becher, Eierbecher etc wären nicht schlecht gewesen.

Auf Nachfrage ob wir eine dickere Decke bekommen können, hieß es, dass wir dafür zahlen müssen. Aber die Kommunikation auf Englisch war nicht so einfach, doch die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht.
