Close by a beautiful bay, which when we visited, we had to ourselves. A good base for exploring the famous beaches.

Preis/Leistung stimmt, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Wir waren in den Herbstferien Ense Oktober in der Anlage. Es war das erste Mal Sardinien für uns. Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und unser Appartement war geräumig, sauber und ruhig. Wir waren aber auch gefühlt die Einzigen in unserem Bereich. Das Bad war relativ neu und die Lage sehr gut. Parkplatz fast vor der Tür. Es gab auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheständer.

Der Ausblick war auch sehr schon. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung ist dürftig, aber wir kamen zurecht. Man kann ja auch günstig auswärts essen. Aber ein paar Müslischalen, Becher, Eierbecher etc wären nicht schlecht gewesen.

Auf Nachfrage ob wir eine dickere Decke bekommen können, hieß es, dass wir dafür zahlen müssen. Aber die Kommunikation auf Englisch war nicht so einfach, doch die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht.

Der selbst der günstigste Preis ist es nicht wert.
Pros:

Schöne gepflegte Grüne Anlage.
Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Küche Katastrophe, genau so alt wie das gebäude selber. Ein mehr schlecht Nachgerüstet Infuduktionsherd. Die Pfannen waren dreckig und Verkratz und die Regale waren auch dreckig.
Das Badezimmer schimmelt und das Holz war hier und da aufgequollen. Tote Fliegen an der Decke unf an den Wänden

Mooi plekje in een mooi park vlakbij het strand
Pros:

Fijn appartement in een mooie omgeving. Het park en en tuin worden met aandacht verzorgd. Op een paar minuutjes lopen is er een leuk strandje.

Cons:

De kamers zijn netjes maar de badkamer en keuken zijn oud. Er is weinig servies en er zijn bijvoorbeeld geen wijnglazen.

Le plus beau logement de notre séjour en Sardaigne
Pros:

Nous avons été accueillis par une personne charmante qui parlait très bien le français. C'était confortable.
Nous avons trouvé l'appartement vraiment beau : spacieux, bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût avec une jolie terrasse et meubles en rotin blanc, dans un jardin très bien entretenu avec vue sur la mer.
Dans l'établissement, il y a deux piscines dont une avec des rochers. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps ! Excellent rapport qualité /prix

Pros:

No tenía servicio de desayuno. Estaba muy próximo a una playa pequeña pero con todos los servicios.

Cons:

La habitación estaba bastante sucia, con pertenencias de huéspedes anteriores. Los folletos de publicidad estaban pringosos y el suelo estaba casi sin barrer.
Llegamos a las 2 de la madrugada por eso no pudimos protestar pero al día siguiente fuimos a pedir más papel higiénico y toallas porque nos habían dejado solo 2 rollos de papel para 4 personas para 4 días,
solo nos facilitaron 1 rollo más de papel y nos dijeron que eso es lo que había que si necesitábamos algo más debíamos adquiridlo nosotros

La struttura mi ha trasmesso serenità
Pros:

Struttura bella, immersa nel verde. Abbiamo soggiornato con un cane e non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema. Accolti benissimo

Pros:

Conoscevo già la zona, è un complesso di casette caratteristiche bipiano. Con una bella vista sul golfo Liscia di Vacca. Vicino a Porto Cervo ma nello stesso tempo fuori dalla mondanità. La signora Agata super squisita.

Cons:

A fianco alla porta di casa vi è un sgabuzzino dispensa che però vi sono i motori dei condizionatori, dunque quando sei dalla porta ti arriva l'aria calda. Ci sono un po' di scale se qualcuno ha problemi dovrebbe chiedere prima di prenotare.

Pros:

Апартамента е хубав и голям има и веранда с добра гледка.

Cons:

Миризмата на мухал беше невероятна. Възглавници, чаршафи, всичко миришеше на мухал. На вторият ден след настаняването ми там започнах да кашлям и да имам проблем с дихателните пътища. Това е недопостимо за цената на която се предоставя апартамента. Да не говорим, че е вредно и за здравето.
